    REMOVED, a process server, with REMOVEDallegedly delivered an affidavit to me on February 17, 2025. The problem is I was flying on an airplane from REMOVEDto REMOVEDat the time (see the attachments). REMOVEDalleges in the affidavit that he "spoke to me" and "discussed my military history which I had none". He also took a picture of my house claiming he spoke to me there but my house is completely shut down for major structural repairs, I live alone, there is no water on in the house, and no one is living inside it. REMOVEDAffadavit is false. REMOVEDfalse affidavit triggered a legal proceeding to begin earlier without my knowledge for many months. I would like REMOVEDto acknowledge the false service and notify REMOVEDat the REMOVED(REMOVED) in a formal declaration that the service was false in a formal letter stating that I was not personally served. I would like REMOVEDto formally ask in writing formally ask AAA to strike the affidavit from the record.
