I wouldn't even give one star, but I had to be able to write. Post has been double charging our tuition, 3200 a term, and other universities are under less than half that. I now did not receive a stipend, and Post sent me 103$ disbursement. I was homeless for 6 months last year because of Post holding my refund, I finally got a little apartment and now can't pay my rent again. I am so discouraged, and I don't even have the urge to continue my degree. They are playing with people's lives now, and I refuse to live on the streets again. My financial advisor told me last week my other loan would be in by the end of the day; when I called 3 days later, I was told by someone else it takes 7 to 10 days. That there reply to everything, tomorrow and tomorrow comes, and still nothing. I am so disgusted. This place needs to be investigated clearly something is not right. Dont worry I wont stop here, I keep doing the figures on paper and they have absolutely been ripping me off 700 each stipend. Financial aid makes me want to walk across the street and not look both ways. 48 years old thought I would start my education and finally work in a field I enjoy, homeless at my age is not going to happen again. Also for 03/03 to 10/20/2024 there are acceptance next to my grants and loans I never accepted nor spoke to any one about them, I clearly never would have accepted them knowing one of my loans were being held back, they kept my disbursment of 866 dollars and sent me 103.00 . Everyone should just withdrawal and go to different universities, if you go on the department of education site they give you a list of the ones that they approve of.Review from Valerie B

Poor communication, dropped me due to the shoddy connection when turning in completed assignments, I had mentioned this several times. I had to take a course twice, but got decent grades for the assignments that did go through.Post University, Inc. Response

This place has me 14,000+ in debt. The rip students off by adding loans and snatching grants. They put you in courses that have nothing to do with your degree as an “intro course“. They allow people who arent students to post on their mobile app which makes it unsafe to use. No help from instructors. Disaster everywhere.Review from Lori D

No stars I was suppose to just be taking a few accounting classes. They enrolled me in an associate degree in accounting. There was no teaching involved in the 2 classes that I didn't even need but was told I had to take them so I could take any accounting classes. It was a lie. Now I have to pay for students loans for nothing. I was also preyed on by people that weren't even going to school there.Post University, Inc. Response

Thank you for providing Post University (Post) with the opportunity to respond to this review. For students who apply for Federal Student Aid by completing a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), Post notifies students of their Federal Student Aid eligibility, which includes a combination of grant and loan funds. These funds are applied to eligible tuition and fee charges as published on Post’s website and in the catalog. For students who have excess funding after the aid is applied, Post issues a stipend. The stipend amount is based on the student’s enrollment costs and funding eligibility. Post provides resources for students with escalated concerns. If at any time a student has a concern, we encourage them to speak with a supervisor. If the student is unable to resolve the matter, we encourage the student to refer to our Student Complaints process as published on our website at *******************************************************************************. I started my BS in ChildStudies this year and have yet to receive my aid and my next FA is due the 9th of September, the FA department is a joke and I have lost my apartment and the registration and tag to my car because I couldn’t pay. Although, the FA department doesn’t know their *** from a hole in the ground the Professors and there teaching has definitely been a good learning experience. The teaching and learning I have to say is really good also my academic advisor is fantastic, for the rest of the department they need to be fired and find people that know and understand the finance department. I did contact the Department of Education who fixed everything immediately, but I still have no FA in my acct. it now says disbursed but I won’t hold my breath.Post University, Inc. Response

I only had one issue when I attended Post University, my advisor only registered me for one course which caused a delay with my financial aid being applied. I enjoyed my courses at Post University, made so many friends and had an opportunity to be a Senator of the Online Student Government Association.Post University, Inc. Response

I started the MBA program at Post on August 29, 2022. As a student pursuing his MBA at Post University, I have achieved exceptional success in the program, maintaining a GPA of 3.96. The issue with my financial aid began on August 26, 2022, when I received an email from my Graduate Financial Aid Advisor informing me that I had defaulted on one or more federal student loans, according to the National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS). The email requested that I clear the default and send them a clearance letter. I responded by sending the school the required clearance letter along with the documents from the U.S. Department of Education. I was asked twice more on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, and Monday, 07/17/2023, to provide proof of my default clearance. This was frustrating because I thought this issue had been cleared up the second time around. I expressed my concerns about the financial aid department's incompetence and reached out to various persons for help. I even contacted the U.S. Department of Education, who promptly sent me another letter stating that I was not in default on student loans. I forwarded this email along with the previous clearance letters to the financial aid department. The Assistant Director of Graduate Financial Aid emailed me to let me know that the compliance department had cleared me. It was not news to me. I am experiencing an issue with the financial aid department. I have previously voiced my concerns about their lack of competence, and as a result, they have not released my funds. In the past, my financial aid was released promptly, even when similar issues occurred. It seems like they are retaliating against me for calling them out on their shortcomings. Despite my having provided the required documentation and been cleared by the compliance department, they are refusing to release my financial aid. These people are wolves in sheep's clothing. Please deal with them via email only. They cannot be trusted to do the right thing.Post University, Inc. Response

My name is Alicia creek and I am one of the students at post university, this is my first time to be a college student so I am not all that familiar with everything or the process. I have been in school for now 6 weeks maybe and the advisor i spoke with was Nicole really nice woman a straight up kind of person that one can appreciate when trying to get into something new their life. Soon after I got down some of the stuff required by me from the school i was switched over to a different advisor Rebecca, i have yet to get a chance to speak with her about anything going on, i have email her , so this is the issue, Not only did they have the wrong address for me and supposedly sent my either my labtop or refund to the wrong address, but after speaking with one of financial aid advisors , Lisa , they didn't have all my paperwork to summit for the payment on the first semester of class but yet I was charged out of some kind of subsidized and unsubsidized loan in which subsidized loans draws interested the whole time your in school, i want to know if I didn't have all my paperwork submitted to the financial aid department how were they able to get these loans in my name and pay for the first semester??? Second, if they had mail return back to them why didn't they reach out to me and tell me about it. Funny how i go through all this trouble to set up some stuipd bank account in order to receive 22 dollars , and yet they didn't have any of the paperwork to get the money, just alot of it doesn't make sense to me and the fact I'm sitting here looking at some 2 thousand dollars loan bill in my name, really blows my mind . And yet no money in the account that they supposed to have already sent out a check for me but it came back to them . And as far as the paperwork goes i have summitted it i have proof of everything i have saved in both emails my student email and my personal email. I need to know what is going on with my college money!!! And paperworkPost University, Inc. Response
