1 starScam website - When I believed to be utilizing ticketmaster (In fact that was my google search, I was directed to Ticketfaster -
The scam is that they hope that customer purchasing tickets doesn't notice, completes the transaction and does not read to small print in which they state no refunds.
Because Billy Joel concert is extremely popular the customer is under the gun to buy tickets for fear of sell-out. Thus the scam is complete.
After purchasing I immediately contacted customer service. While holding for 45 minutes I googled Ticketfaster and it was immediately apparent that they are not legit.
I believe that in some cases they actually do supply legitimate tickets to maintain some semblance of credibility, however there are numerous reviews supporting that the opposite occurs.
Beware, they also do business under different names as well. As I am writing this I googled ticket master and the first site that appeared was ticketsonsale.com. Interestingly the content and appearance of this site is/was identical to Ticketfaster. It looks credible but clearly it is not.TicketNetwork, Inc.

Our website name is displayed in the address bar of your internet browser after selecting our website and is displayed throughout the purchase process. While we are sorry to hear that you thought you were on ****************, that is beyond our control.
Additionally, our website's content and appearance, as claimed, is not identical to a ***************** website you may have found in your search as well. It should be noted that ticket purchase websites such as Ticketmaster, ourselves and this **************** may fundamentally have the same purpose and function (listing events and tickets) each content and appearance is unique to its own website.

1 starTicketsOffice also known as Ticket Software is quite deceptive, if not outright fraudulent. I purchased tickets for a ************ ***** ***** show on May 14, 2023 thinking that I was purchasing from the ** ************ ***** ****** The show is scheduled for December 2, 2023. At the end of the transaction I printed the Order Summary. The company name did not appear on the order summary and no payment receipt was sent to the email account provided. If not for information about the company on my ******** ******* statement, I would not have known to whom I paid $1, 078.04. When I called the company on May 28, 2023 inquiring about the payment receipt, the receipt was generated while I was on the phone and sent immediately. However, I expressed concern about the ticket delivery date which is just one day before the show. I was advised that I would get a total refund if the tickets were not available. This is unacceptable. My family would be traveling to *** **** from out-of-state. A refund will not cover travel, hotel, and other expenses. Since the tickets have not been delivered, I requested to have the order cancelled on May 29th. After speaking with a representative for 25 minutes, Ticket Software refused to cancel the order. I subsequently found out that the tickets to the opera are not available for purchase from the ** ************ ***** House until after June 16th. I resorted to having ******** ******* dispute the charges which may take up to 8 weeks. I will need to purchase another set of tickets to ensure access to the opera for the Dec 2nd show. The URL is noted as TicketNetwork™ | Concert, Sports, Theater and Music Festival Tickets. I advise anyone not to use them!!! Just as others have stated, I would give them a zero if possible.TicketNetwork, Inc.

Thank you very much for your review. We are terrible sorry to hear you had difficulty in retrieving your purchase receipt. It should be noted that receipts are only 'generated' upon purchase and are delivered to the email address as provided during checkout and may take up to a few minutes to arrival, sometimes in a junk / spam folder. Clients may contact us for copies, if needed, which it seems you did and we appropriately provided you with one.
Our refund guarantee is outlined on our website and in our full policies at all times, including during order placement, and states that tickets will be delivered in time for the event. We do no guaranteed delivery for personal preference or travel plans, though it should be noted that delivery can occur anytime after the purchase has been completed, depending on ticket availability. Additionally, we do not refund any expenses related to a client's attendance to their event but rather only the items purchased with us that we are responsible to provide.

1 starThis company is not legit and will steal from a baby. I was gifted from my husband 2 tickets to **** **********. This was a birthday present Come down to 2 days before the event and all the sudden our tickets are cancelled with some lame *** 3rd party reason. This company is low life pcs of **** who take from legit hard working citizens who actually WORK FOR THEIR MONEY INSTEAD F STEALING FOR A LIVING YOU LOW LIFE WORTHLESS PCS OF ******TicketNetwork, Inc.

As per our guarantees and policies, since your purchase was not able to be fulfilled as intended, your purchase was fully refunded. While issues with tickets can occur on rare occurrences, they do unfortunately happen from time to time and there are various possible reasons. Rest assured that refunding is a last resort as we do try to provide comparable or better seating than purchased when tickets as purchased as not available for whatever reason. Sadly, as in the case as yours, replacements are not always available for offer and a refund is the only recourse. We understand the frustration and inconvenience a refund caused. 1 starThis was a total scam, they would not give the tickets I purchased, instead, they switched them at the very last minute, and when I asked to see the monetary value difference, they cancelled my order all together for a show I had scheduled for 4 months.TicketNetwork, Inc.

1 starTHE WORST! A complete scam company. They promised we'd have the tickets by the 26th and the email didn't arrive until less than 12 hours before the concert, after we'd canceled the sitter and hotel. Also, there are NUMEROUS complaints about people receiving fake tickets, and we arent going to drive 3 hours for phony tickets. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYTicketNetwork, Inc.

1 starThis company is the largest "rip off" I've ever seen or encountered! I am furious! I understand there are or can be a price fluctuation but this company completely abused that! I purchased tickets at one price and was charged two and a half times the original price!! 1 starDo Not Do Business With This Company! I bought tickets to a game and never received them. I was in a hurry and originally thought I was on Ticketmaster's sight-my mistake. They did send me confirmation emails right away and the tickets did originally get transferred over to my Ticketmaster account, but the day before the game my tickets were voided. After numerous emails with this company saying they would look into it I got crickets. They stopped responding and my cc says that they can't prove fraudulent activity. This company is very deceptive, especially with using Ticketmaster to supposedly transfer the tickets. Guess I learned my lesson.TicketNetwork, Inc.

1 starTo purchase tickets for ***** ******* I went to **************************************** that I thought was the venue website. If you look carefully, there is a disclaimer that they are not affiliated with the venue or Ticketmaster/Live Nation, but it is easy to miss. As near as I can determine, they have transferred the tickets to TicketMaster, but in my opinion, their approach is deceptive. At the close of the purchase, I received an email from ***************** confirming the purchase. However, within the email they list the SELLER DETAILS as *******************. Normally I am quite careful about on-line purchases but was taken in by the mimicking of the venue website and suggestions that tickets are going fast! They indeed were going fast, as VIP parking was already not available. My suggestion, be very careful about the deception. Several responses from them in various complaints state they "clearly" indicate they are not affiliated, and it is indeed there if you look carefully. I did not trust them having my card information after this experience and have ordered a new card number. I feel foolish getting sucked into this, but it does appear that Ticketmaster has the tickets for later delivery. There is no doubt they were attempting to be confused with the venue but are probably legally covered by the disclaimer. Be careful out there! I clearly messed up and overpaid for a GA admission. 1 starDon’t do business with this company , Bought two tickets they charged me 200 on top of the price of the ticket , other web sites are much cheaper , you don’t receive the tickets until two hours before the concert , so if you want to sell them it’s impossible if you run into a issue if you can’t make the event . If you don’t have a phone ,I like to have tickets in hand to make sure your prepared for a event , especially if your flying in for a event , such a joke , computer heads sitting in a room scamming people.
