      Never use this business! We ordered tickets for the ****** **** in September of 2024, the night before our visit to ****** *12/20) we call this company to find out where are tickets were. They didn’t have any!!!! And I doubt they ever did! We were refunded, no interest mind you, but our plans were destroyed.

It is important to remember that we are simply a website exchange for sellers to list tickets. Unfortunately, for a variety of possible reasons, sometimes tickets purchased cannot be provided by the seller. We make every effort to ensure clients can attend their events, even if it means offering alternates than what was purchased, but there are times that this is not successful. Please note that this is fully outlined in the policies that we provide and are agreed to during checkout. We take undelivered orders very seriously and any/all orders that cannot be delivered are promptly refunded and appropriate actions taken with the seller. We very much understand the extreme disappointment of the situation and can only apologize and hope to do better next time.

      Bought tickets to a comedy show at **** ******* ** ******** *** for a Birthday gift for my Son. We went to get our seats and the owner of the place told us these were fake tickets and we would not be allowed in. Said he is familiar with this company and unfortunately they sell junk tickets. He tried to let us in if there were extra seats. There were not and we were sent away. Bday ruined.

      I bought two tickets on MegaSeats to ****** ****** concert 10/16 in ******* ****** ******. And it was AMAZING!!!! The show was great! Buying process was easy and fast!

      On June 8, 2024 I purchas two cirus tickets and I paid extra for their insurance. The company is TicketNetwork.com. I received my confirmation June 8th. That was plenty of time for the tickets to download. The Circus was for July 5th Friday. The day of the circus the tickets still did not download.
      Footprints Center even try to help me and check the spam and still no tickets. I want is a complete refund of my purchase and including the insurance I paid. Did contact TicketNetwork and the refuse to assist me. Order number ******** * do not like doing business by phone. No real person to help a customer. Customers are always on the losing end. TicketNetwork are very low class people to deal with. Avoid them at all Cost

      We apologize that you may have had some trouble accessing your tickets. However, there was no error with your purchase on behalf of our website or the seller's office. Our records confirm that your tickets were delivered via Ticketmaster.com in accordance with the policies you agreed to when placing the order on 6/9/2024, well in time for the event. It is best practice to access tickets as soon as possible and if needed, contact us for assistance. It should be noted that we are not affiliated with any ticketing platforms and can only provide general troubleshooting tips so some platform issues would need to be addressed directly with the platform. We see that you made multiple calls in to us after your event had started but did not stay on the line long enough to reach a representative. Additionally, we see that you contacted via email after the event for a refund. We have no control over if/when a client accesses their tickets or if/when a client contact us. Once again we are sorry you were having trouble accessing your tickets but we cannot honor a refund request.

      It's an Absolute Scam
      It's an Absolute Scam. Paid $510 for a seat on BB row. the person next to me paid $171. Avoid them at any cost.

      Our records indicate that you received a complimentary upgrade in section when compared to what you purchased - your ticket selection was for Orchestra Left Center and your received Orchestra Center. While we are sorry to hear that you may no longer agree with the price you paid on your tickets, all order details (including, but not limited to payment information) are displayed during checkout. If a user does not agree with any information for any reason, they have the option to change the selection to something more suitable. There is no obligation to complete an order and all purchase attempts may be stopped prior to finalizing the order with the 'Place Order' button. It should be noted that we have various disclaimers during checkout advising that ticket prices are set by their respective sellers and may be above face value. By placing the order, you reviewed and confirmed the all information was accurate and / or acceptable. There is no error with your purchase on behalf of our website.

      Website was linked to a ****** event website, so I purchased 2 event tickets for $175. They emailed me, not an actual ticket, but a confirmation saying that I should receive a ticket by the event date. I then went to the event website and purchased tickets for $18 each.

      Do not make the same mistake I did trying this company. They are fraudulent and scammers. Never received my tickets via email. Refused to refund me. They even were able to send me photo shopped screen shots with time and date stamps. Do not bother with this company spend elsewhere. Don’t make the same mistakes I did. There’s a good reason they block yelp and google from having reviews. Absolutely miserable experience and waiste or time. The owner of this company should be criminally charged. Some people actually have to work for their money rather than stealing it via internet scams.

      Thank you for your review. We're very sorry to hear you had trouble with your email but there was no issue with your purchase on our behalf. Your tickets were delivered within twenty minutes of purchase and you were sent notification of this. Additionally, your purchase receipt's 'Track My Order' button would have been updated accordingly after delivery and provided you access to your tickets as well. Further, since your tickets were distributed via Ticketmaster.com, you would have receive notification from them directly as well. If there was any need for assistance in accessing your tickets properly, we are available daily through multiple communication channels for all needs and it is the client's responsibility to contact us. We do not control if or when a client accessing tickets or if/when they contact us, if needed. Our records indicate we were not contacted until the day after the event, at which time we could not assist you in accessing the tickets. We are sorry to hear you feel what was provided to you was photoshopped in some way but we can assure it was not; it was simply a record of the facts.

      Well it must be an absolute coincidence than that there are dozens of other **** near identical reviews of your company. Your mother did teach you it's wrong to steal right? Some people actually work for their money! I was never sent emails with my tickets. I even called ticket master who made it very clear you were already on a "black list" with them and they never had anything to do with this transaction. You were conveniently closed at every time I tried to call. And the screen shots you sent me were clearly edited. I have had the same email address for 15 years, and have never simply just not received something from a vendor. How convenient I received your photoshopped fraudulent emails of the first ones that never sent within minutes but the ones containing my tickets were never sent. If i really cared about $300 I would take you to small claims court over this, but it's an absolute waist of my time. Karma will catch up with you. I did very quick simple research on your company that has 2 employees, the thief of an owner and his rude unhelpful and uneducated wife. still waiting on a call back from your "customer service rep". Your entire company and life is a fraud. Congratulations on stealing from hardworking consumers. I'll swing by your office next time I'm in CT to say hi! The ******** profile picture of the owner with a small child and drugs on the table is heartwarming too!!!

They would have no records of any details of purchases made with us. This does not, however, mean they do not have records of a ticket transfer performed by their own platform, which we do have record of as well.
