      I got tickets to a concert from ************ , then received notice from ticket events my tickets were available through someone named *** . In order to accept tickets had to go back through ************ we’re I was blocked from getting into my account that I have have with them since 2010. I followed every instruction given to me by ************ , they gave me a new password which still did not work. I truly believe ticket events is a scam which does everything it can to prevent you from accepting the tickets.I have delt with ******* any other third party ticket sellers many times and have never had this problem. I had to cancel flight reservations from *** ***** to *** *****, hotel reservation and all I got was a standardized email from this company acting like I didn’t know how to accept my tickets which I had already . I advise anyone who buys event tickets NEVER go through ticket events

      Client did not make their purchase with ****************, but rather with our company EventTicketsCenter.com. We have no control over how the client may have reached our website for their purchase and it should be noted this is not the first purchase the client has made with us. **************** is the ticketing distribution platform for the chosen event. Neither our website, nor the seller, has any affiliation with **************** and cannot assist with any platform or account issues the client may have experienced. Such concerns need to be addressed directly with ****************. 

      This purchase was fulfilled accurately and in accordance with the policies within 15 minutes of purchase on 8/4/2023, well in time for the event. The client only contacted us on 9/6/2023 unable to locate their invitation which appears contradictory to the client's confirmation of transfer provided here. A retransfer was requested on their behalf and performed successfully on 9/7/2023. Records indicate assistance was attempted via email and phone multiple times prior the event.

      The order will remain a final sale as the tickets were successfully delivered to the client multiple times. There is no error with their purchase on behalf of our website or the seller's office.

      On May 16th 2023 I purchase four tickets to the **** *** *** ******* for August 16th, 2023. I have a ****** account and believed I purchased them directly from them, but a representative from ****** explained that I was (unknowingly) redirected to TicketNetwork to make the purchase. I used a debit card and spent $370. 83. Something came up and we were not available on the day of the game. I went online to exchange the tickets on 8/10 with the understanding that "exchange" meant I could get tickets for another game. However, that was not the case. The tickets were "exchanged," I was not given the opportunity to get tickets for another day and I was not given a reimbursement. When I called ****** customer service they said I was entitled to a reimbursement but it would have to come from TicketNetwork. When I called TicketNetwork they said they would not give me tickets for another game or a reimbursement.

      All orders placed with us our bound by our website policies, not those of any other website or company, which include that all sales are final. We do not offer exchanges and refunds are only available upon event cancellation as deemed by the event organizers. There is no error with this purchase. Tickets were ordered on 5/15/2023 and delivered on 5/16/2023 by the supplier in accordance with the policies. Any actions the client may have taken with their tickets, i.e. returning them through the ticketing platform, does not impact their purchase with us. If they were unable to utilize the tickets as intended, they had the option to resell them through various other outlets prior to the event. The order will remain a final sale and a refund request cannot be honored.

      I am rejecting this response because:  I was on ****** website to purchase **** tickets for my husband for Father's Day  and unknowingly clicked on something that brought me to TicketNetwork.  I did not sign or click on consent for a policy that stated there were no refunds or exchanges.  In fact, this organization LET me return the tickets to the owner via the website.  There was no notification that I would not be reimbursed for returning tickets or that I could not exchange them.  In fact, when I returned the tickets I was attempting to exchange them for another day.  I feel the website and organization is intentionally misleading people.  The woman I spoke to from ****** said people are unknowingly drawn away from the ****** website to buy tickets from this fraudulent organization.  She said "you should get your money back, it you bought tickets from ******, you would get your money back."  However, when speaking to representatives from TicketNetwork I said I would be open to any type of reimbursement, tickets for another day, partial reimbursement, but this organization was not concerned with the dissatisfaction of one customer.  I feel they should offer something as compensation for spending almost $400 on a game we could not attend.  Thank you.

      We do not control how a client may reach our website. We are not affiliated with any venues, box offices, or teams and no client would be directed to our website to purchase tickets from any of their websites such as the client is stating. Further, we are not affiliated with any ticketing platform and have no control over what options the client may see or take within their account and they have no bearing on the client's purchase with us. Our website is clearly identified throughout the checkout process with multiple disclaimers, some of which can be found attached. The client agreed to our website policies when placing the order, which include (but are not limited to) the final sale, no exchanges and that we are not responsible should a client decline the tickets they are provided. Also attached. The client was provided the tickets that they purchased in accordance with the policies. If the client no longer wished to use the tickets they purchased, they had the option to resell them through various other outlets.

      I am rejecting this response because there was no consent form I clicked on to inform me that there was no exchange or reimbursement for this purchase.  I tried to sell the tickets on ******** ****** and was kicked off.  I was told I needed to resell them on the TicketNetwork website.  That is why I was trying to exchange them on the website.  The tickets were given back to * ****** ***;  ***************************.  I was under the impression that because I returned the tickets to this person, that I would be reimbursed or given tickets for another day.  For all I know, this person went to the game, and I paid close to $400 for nothing.  Are you telling me it's too much to ask to do a partial reimbursement or a couple tickets to another game for a customer that paid this kind of money?  Is this the way you treat your customers?  PLEASE send me in writing where it says there are no exchanges and no reimbursements?  Is it in the fine print.  Is it in some type of fine print?  I don't know how any customer could know this.

      We are sorry to hear if the client did not review all details properly during the purchase process. The final sale policy is disclaimed directly above the 'Place Order' button during checkout. It is also included in the full policies, which are available on our website any time, a link to which is provided for review during the checkout process (also directly above the 'Place Order' button). The client may wish to review the attachments that were provided in our last reply for images. 

      We are not responsible should a client decline, reject or otherwise not access the tickets they are provided. Further, no client is required to relist with our partner website and they may use any marketplace of their choice, provided they are eligible. We have no control over any other reselling marketplace or their policies should they deem a client not eligible to resell with them.

      There is no error on behalf our website or the seller's office. The client agreed to a final sale when they purchased their tickets, which were delivered to them accordingly. What the client does or does not do with said tickets is entirely up to the client but has no impact on their purchase with out. The order will remain a final sale.

      I had went online to order tickets to go see ***** and July 2022 in *****. I ordered the tickets through ticket net work. They said they was going to send me an email confirmation which they did they sent me the confirmation of the row and the section number no seat number I never received the email. I probably should have said to mail me the tickets but I did not, I didn’t insure the tickets because I’m a teacher and the tickets were very expensive. It was a birthday present to myself. I took my niece along with me because she wanted to go and I paid for everything the photos that you see will be the first one of the down payment . The next payment you see from my bank is when I paid for the tickets in full when I got to *****, I realize that I did not have anything for the people to scan. I went to the ***** theater and ended up buying additional tickets to see the ***** concert .

      This business Ticket Software/****** ******* is posing as a legitimate music venue’s website, and lured me into purchasing tickets via the site they operate. I was attempting to buy tickets for a show at *** ***** ************ and found their “ **********************************/” site misleading as it is actually not the official site of the amphitheater. I ordered tickets but none have been provided and I found out I was dooped. I’ve requested a cancellation, but they will not cancel the original order.

      I also was made aware of the actual venue’s policy to only accept tickets via their actual ticket vendor. I just want to have the transaction with “****** *******” cancelled and would appreciate if their deceptive practices were stopped.

      For supporting documents I attached a screenshot of the deceptive website and my order receipt confirming tickets have not been sent. I just want that order to be cancelled and refunded. I’ve also disputed this with my CC company.

      There is no error with the client's purchase on behalf of our website and a refund request cannot be honored. ***************** is a secondary market website where tickets are listed
      for resale by a variety of licensed and/or registered ticket sellers; we are
      not affiliated with any venue or performer. Our website is clearly identified as a resale marketplace. The terms of the purchase agreed to
      at the time the order was placed with our website state that all sales are
      final. This is an industry standard policy, including by the venue.

      It should be noted that we have no control over how the client may have arrived to our website. Per their claims, they were directed from ****************************************. This is not the venue's website and various disclaimers on the website indicate that. Attached are screenshots of various disclaimers on both **************************************** and our website during a checkout process, which a user is responsible for reading. 

      We are sorry to hear that we were not the client's intended purchasing website but this does not negate the purchase, the use of our website or the agreement to our policies. The order will remain a final sale as there is no error with the purchase and tickets will be delivered accordingly as noted on the purchase receipt.

      Date of transaction 5/20/2023 I purchased tickets for over $1000 and the event was rescheduled now they won't give me a refund. It was rescheduled from July to September 9, 2023. I will be working on that day at that time. This company is crooked

It is important to remember that we are not affiliated with any event organizers (artists, teams, venues, etc) and have no control over or influence in their decisions pertaining to their events. All event details, including, but not limited to, the event date, location or lineup, are subject to change at any time. This is outlined in policies the client reviewed and accepted upon order placement. Tickets the client received remain active and valid for use or resell at the client's discretion, as they were advised when they called in. The client has been provided information to assist in reselling tickets should they wish to do so on 6/29/2023. The order is not eligible for a refund unless the event is deemed completely cancelled by the event organizers.

      Purchased 4 GA tickets on October 2022, for $250 each PLUS $316 service fee for a total of $1,336.20, order number ********. They claim to have sent the tickets via ************/**********, but the link was for a fake ticket with no $ value or seat marked. I contacted them via phone and email several times and they are trained to give you the run around and steal your money. All employees I spoke to give you the same script either via email or phone. Of course tickets never made it, I lost my money and even my credit card company won't protect it because it was over 60 days from the time of the transaction to the time I realized it was a scam. Took too long because I was expecting the tickets in for months (purchased them 5 months in advance).

      Our records indicate that four (4) tickets were provided to the client via **************** on 10/27/2022 utilizing two (2) transfers - one for a single ticket and one for three (3) tickets. Attached is proof of transfer directly from ****************. The client would have received transfer invitations directly form **************** and we notified them separate as well. The client would need to have accepted both transfers in order to access all tickets purchased. The client confirmed arrival and acceptance of the single ticket and was advised to locate the additional transfer multiple times in 12/2022 and 1/2023 via email.

      It should be noted that as the client purchased General Admission (GA) tickets, they would not be provided specific seating as GA tickets are provide access to a general area where one can sit or stand wherever no a first come, first serve basis. Additionally, as we are a secondary marketplace, all tickets purchased with us will be priced by the seller's based on market value, which will vary from the face value of the ticket. This is outlined during the purchase process and included in the full policies agreed to upon checkout.

      There is no error with this purchase. Tickets were delivered in accordance with the policies well in time for the event. A refund request cannot be honored.

      Purchased these tickets from ticket network. When I printed them out i noticed that the ticket said that matching I.D. AND credit card must be present or entry will be denied. The tickets do not have my name or the card I paid with on them. I call the customer service number and after checking with a manager they said the tickets could be used. I decided to call the venue itself to make sure before I drove 3 hours and couldn't get in. The venue told me that what the ticket says is correct I must have a matching ID and credit card and that they do not sell to 3rd parties. I went ahead and purchased more tickets from the venue site and called back to get a refund. They refuse to refund me and then told me I was being recorded at the end of the call when they never informed me of that in the first place. I now have tickets I paid over 300$ that are useless. and the come will not refund me. I asked to speak with a manager and was told they would call me back but I have never received that call. This is a complete fraud. Sell me something I cannot use.

      I am rejecting this response because: I contacted the vendor and they stated that it is their policy to have a matching ID and credit card as on the tickets for entry. This is even stated in writing on the tickets which I had showed in my complaint. I have to travel several hours to this venue. I do not want to risk the issue of them not accepting my ticket at the entrance when I arrive.  I called the vendor a second time today and they stated the same information as before. They will not grant access to the event without everything matching.  Since I filed ticketnetwork has tried to offer a refund of 85$ however I paid $118.25  x 2 tickets plus fees. I refused this amount as a refund via email. The company then decided to make an ad for my tickets through one of their sister companies ticket to cash .  I did not agree to this as well. Why would they try to sell the same tickets to someone else who will not be able to use them.  Lastly why would the vendor put in writing that you must have matching ID and credit card if it is not their policy.

      Our website does not have any affiliation with any event organizers and has no control over their policies, the information they provide, or their adherence to such details. Our final sale policy is an industry standard policy, including at the T**** ****** ****** *******. As outlined in the policies agreed to at the time of purchase and previously provided in our reply here, tickets are guaranteed to be valid for entry. The seller's office has already confirmed tickets are valid as well. Should the client have any issues with accessing the event, they may request documentation from the venue for further investigation. As a courtesy, we have issued a refund of the service fees paid on the order. At this time, while we are sorry that the client does not accept this information, no other resolution will be provided and the order will remain under our policies. The client may use or resell the tickets at their discretion.

      On 5/23/2023 I was on the ************ website to buy tickets, at the bottom was a link to what I thought was the ************ App. I clicked on it and downloaded it looked legit but when charged for tickets I realized it was not the site I was led to believe. I tried to cancel the tickets but was told no cancellations, I then did some research just to find out that they were more of a scalper ticket site. I was told I would get the tickets sent to me 2 days before the event in October. I emailed back again and was told I could sell the tickets on their site for half of what I paid. At that point they started using ************s name in emails trying to get me to accept the tickets. At this point I had actually bought tickets on ************ and have received them, so I knew they were trying to fraudulently get me to accept the tickets. I have read many reviews with very similar stories as mine. All I want is my money back, I have not received the tickets and certainly won't resell on their site to continue this scam. I just want my original ticket price returned to me.

The TicketNetwork branding is clearly identified on all our products, as can be seen in the attached. By placing the order, the client agreed to the use of our website and our policies. We are sorry to hear that the client may not have intended to purchase with us but it does not negate the purchase or their agreement to utilize us. 


      All tickets are guaranteed in time for the event only and all delivery information provided are simply estimates. Tickets are delivered as soon as possible and, for this purchase, were delivered to the client in accordance with the policies on 5/24/2023, approximately 26 hours after purchase. There is no error on behalf of our website or the seller's office and a refund request cannot be honored. Should the client choose not to accept their tickets, that is their choice and right but doing so will not impact their purchase.


      The client may use or resell their tickets through various resell marketplaces at their discretion. We have provided the client information to assist in that process should it be necessary but there is no obligation to use our partner. Additionally, it is important to know that the client would be in control of their listing price at all times and may change it as they see fit, as with any marketplace used. They are simply advised of suggestions when creating a listing with our partner.

      Purchased tickets for ****** ****** ******* on 4/8/23 to go see him perform on 6/14/23 however his concert got postponed to August 2023. After purchasing very expensive tickets they sent the tickets from ************ for me to claim them to my ************ account however - it says another email address already claimed the tickets but I DIDNT CLAIM THEM EVER ! Called ********* ************ and even the venue to get my tickets for the seats i purchased and NOONE is able to help me. i am out $800 and no tickets to the event. i even tried disputing the charge i paid with on my capital one credit card and they told me they couldnt refund me my money back after showing them supportive document. so now i am out $800 and no tickets to go see the show.

      Our records indicate that tickets were properly provided to the email address as entered at checkout within minutes of purchase on 4/8/2023. Neither our website or the seller's office has any control over what happens to the invitation sent to the client's email, if or when tickets are accepted or in to which account they may be accepted. All of those actions are user initiated. If **************** is stating that the transfer invitation has already been utilized and tickets accepted, either the client or someone with access to their email already completed the transfer and it cannot be completed again, hence the notification. The seller's office has confirmed tickets were accepted on on 4/8/2023 at 7:24pm. The client can see attached proof of ***************** The client will need to check any / all ************.com accounts they may have access to for tickets. If they cannot find them, they will need to contact ************.com directly for further assistance in locating the account tickets may be in. It is possible that the client may have needed to create a new account and entered in an incorrect email address.

      I am rejecting this response because: I received the email to claim and accept the tickets and once I clicked accept tickets it said it was already claimed accepted by another email! But I never did this, I even called ************ for help to have them check the tickets on their end and see which account/emailed claimed them and they even confirmed -see proof of document from ************ confirming this. I called them and even the venue stating they have no way of helping or getting me my tickets I purchased. I am out $800 and have NO tickets! This is ridiculous. No one is helping me and there should be a way to see who claimed these tickets and if not being able to resend me the tickets!

      As previously advised, tickets were properly delivered to the client's email address. They were accepted by either the client or someone with access to their email address. Neither we nor the seller's office has any control over what occurs in the client's email account. We have provided documentation directly from ************.com that confirms the transfer that was initiated to the client was successfully completed just over an hour after arrival. We have attached it again for reference. There is nothing either our website or the seller's office can do at this time as ticket ownership is changed when the transfer is completed. The seller's office no longer has access to the tickets; there is nothing they can resend. In to which account the tickets were transferred by the client, only ************.com can advise and the client will need to contact them directly for further assistance. The order will remain a final sale as the tickets were properly delivered at the time of purchase to the client and have been accepted. There is no error on behalf of our website or the seller's office.
