      As others, I took time and truthfully took surveys and on branded elite list earned and maintained Gold status. Surveys did often disqualify just before the end and often couldnt complete because lost connection or bad URL. Still made some money and cash outs- then all stopped. No surveys, couldnt cash out. Account $10.81 so valid. In third attempt sent to support return message noted account flagged for one or more security failures and account not in good standing. Cannot redeem points or further participate. Do NOT recommend. Ok for 5+ months and now seems like scam.

      I took the time to fill out many surveys honestly and accumulated a decent amount of points. Then the surveys just stopped and I could no longer participate in them. I went to cash my points out and the redeem button is missing from the page. I sent an email to them but no one answered me back.

      The company spoofs a local number, probably to increase the likelihood the call will be answered, while the caller is located in another state or country. This does nothing to inspire trust. Misleading business practices are a hallmark of unethical companies.

      stay away the site works well for a few months, then suddenly every sucessful survey I completed in the last 3+ weeks, "sorry not a match' they are in fact creating this problem and can (but won't) fix it...they are making money and then not paying US the survey taker...they must be low on earnings and/or they are greedy and want to be a scruge and take it all. BE CAUTIOUS - its a game of cat and mouse...when its working no issues, then WHAM its not with no explainations

      After reaching Gold Member status, my account was abruptly shut down. I have tried to reach them for 3 days. Nothing. I see others have had similar issues. What a waste of time and effort. Unfortunately, there is no zero star rating. But this is my true survey for Branded Surveys: 0

      In the spring without any notice my account was suspended with no explanation provided with all the credits I have earned being made seized. They are clearly exploiting those who are gullible enough to fall for their unsolicited emails seeking survey takers, with their email addresses provided to them their airline partners (United, ******** Airlines, etc.) with promises of "thousands" of miles. ** many others have pointed out they are indiscriminately quashing accounts with no recourse for survey participants and they feel under no obligation to spell any justification for these callous actions. I will pursue this until a just resolution is achieved.

      This is a business where you can "allegedly" make money by taking surveys and getting "points" which can then be redeemed for money or gift cards.First, most of the surveys are already filled up when you attempt to access them, or they say you do not qualify after saying you DO qualify.After finally finishing MANY surveys, I obtained approximately **** points or $11.00.I tried to cash out and the site would not let me! I reached out to complain and first they said I was suspended, with no explanation, then that their survey takers must use care when answering the questions which I did, and then they said I was suspended because their "system" indicated that I had more than one account - not true and clearly a glitch in their system as one only needs one account to take the surveys. This is clearly a scam and although it is only $11.00, if they do this to everybody, it adds up. Also, it's the principle; I wasted a lot of hours on these scam surveys. This is a rip-off! Stay away!

      This company has called me several times (probably more, but other times my phone service did not identify them). When I do get a caller ID and answer, they have stated that "this call is a political poll" and I ask them "what company are you with, is it Dynata?" each time, there is sudden silence, they disconnect the call. If a company is unwilling to identify itself, but is seeking information from me, they should at the very least identify themselves. It is a primary rule of information security that you should not have any kind of discussion with anyone that is unwilling to identify themselves. I would go further to suggest that if they are unwilling to identify who is sponsoring their activity (if it is contractually sponsored) or tell you where the results of the survey are going to be publicly published (in political polls, if all parties don't have equal access to the information, this information is likely being used to gain intelligence that could be used against any political views you hold). Don't give them any information. I would definitely say that a company that tells its employees not to reveal who they are working for, has dubious if not nefarious intent. Yes, I do realize that if everyone followed this rule, most survey and polling companies would go out of business. This would be a good thing, as most are corrupt and not only desire to sell your information, but many have an alternative motive of selling you something or selling you on some form of propaganda with leading questions (this is the reputation of this company). Also, it is my experience that most "Market Research" companies cheat their employees out of pay and benefits and when promises are made to participants in panel discussions, few ever deliver on their promises.

      Too bad you have leave at least one star, 100% SCAM! Hopefully, they'll be shut down soon. I'm certainly going to do my part to make that happen.
