      Having read some other reviews, I can put forth my own. Have been with them for many years and my experience has been very good. Plenty of surveys to choose from, varied in content, and you can choose from a number of rewards after completing surveys and accumulating points, One thing i would recommend is adding new rewards, other than that, they are among the best. **************** is almost always responsive and helpful. I would recommend them for people who want to give their opinion and pick up points for doing so, in exchange for gift cards

      Occasionally I have issues getting points credited to my account. **************** has always taken these inquiries seriously and most times(90%+) agree with me. I value the site for what I can redeem the points for.

      I signed up for e-rewards. It took longer than expected to get verified but the support group was very responsive and resolved the issue. After being verified, I could not access any surveys, but as before, the support group quickly fixed the problem. I have successfully taken surveys and redeemed a reward. My only complaint is that some surveys require answering ***** questions that takes 10 minutes or so and then responds that I didn't qualify for that particular survey...even though I just took a survey. While there are improvements that can be made, overall e-rewards is a legitimate program and has excellent customer support.

      I have had good experience when contacting erewards about difficulties with surveys and being credited accordingly. Rewards are usually work at the different businesses they offer.

      I have earned many many gift cards for my time. It's a great way to help out a bit in this economy. I think the points system could be better. Some surveys are way longer than what they say they will be for not enough points. But generally a good gig

      I enjoy the games and appreciate the rewards. I experience more technical difficulties than I used to but they are addressed quickly and positively, albeit right now I am being told I dont qualify for many surveys without being asked any questions.

      Ive been a e-rewards member since 2011. I have witnessed so many changes of hands and the disintegration of the reward points you can earn, to more technical errors and disqualifications after you complete the entire survey. They havent improved or updated their rewards catalog. You can reach out to their customer support team and request points for technical errors, late disqualifications and other issues. Their support team has gotten better at addressing issues and manually rewarding points. However, this takes additional time and effort for us survey participants. The other day their site had technical problems and no one was able to take surveys. I do enjoy taking part in meaningful surveys and have acquired many rewards over the years. Dynata reached out to me via email to participate in this review. So, I hope they will consider changes they have made. Such as: Only 5 partial survey points within a 24 hour period. Amount of survey points, length of surveys to points earned.The amount of technical errors. Adding a **** card to the rewards catalog so you can exchange points for cash ( $5 for every 15 points is their estimate) No expiration date for reward points earned. I hope this helps.       I've been using e-Rewards for over twelve years - most of the surveys work just fine, I collect points, I cash them in for airline miles. *** a problem.Some of the surveys have glitches, or shut down one question before giving me points. I notify the customer service people, they check their computer records, and nearly always give me the points.So, I'm satisfied with this company.
