      So far so good. Responsive. Opinion Outpost is the group I do surveys for. I rarely do surveys that I qualify for, so I think they miss the **** with a TON of public sector workers. It's a massive chunk of the population of ****** and the **.

      The strength in this company lies in its customer service staff who are always compassionate, helpful and understanding. As another reviewer stated, there are surveys that ask many questions taking up a lot of your time and then disqualify you, creating a waste of time for you. However, this is where their customer service shines, stepping in to make things right. These particular surveys are the ones that show a "submit" icon after you have completed the survey, rather than just go to the reward page. I have been told that they do not use the results in these cases but that does not change the fact that I spent time and effort on it. Other than that, the program is great and rewarding. I would like to see more reward offers, like Staples, or supermarket chains and less airlines and magazines.

      I have participated in e-rewards for many years and have been able to miles for several flights that ai otherwise would not been able to purchase and travel. My only issue in previous years has been the difficulty in being accepted for surveys I should have qualified for but was immediately closed to when I put in my age. This has improved greatly this past years even though I am older. Help with issues with surveys has been great!

      I have been a Diamond member of the e-rewards panel for a number of years; I can say that although the customer receives only 1/3 of the points tallied for rewards, the choices of places where rewards can be cashed in are businesses where I can use the rewards. The surveys are interesting and I enjoy completing them. The support team is responsive, and they help when surveys close early because a quota has been met or due to a technical issue with the survey.

      I have been a member since I started my membership with e-rewards more than 10 years ago. I have never had a serious problem with them and have been during all these years totally satisfied with the results. Not only I have fulfilled tons of serious reviews, but also participated in the trial of new products before they were launched into different markets. I have always been very pleased with them and the results they obtain!

      I have been a member of the **Rewards survey panel for more than 10 years. **Rewards is not a scam - it is real. They are an excellent site to share your opinion on products, organizations, and politics. Survey points are commensurate to the time it takes to complete them. I have been invited to longer term studies due to my involvement with an opportunity to earn even more points. When I choose a reward, it is emailed to me immediately. If there is an issue with a survey their customer service team is very quick to resolve any issues and to provide proper credit.Overall, **Rewards has provided me with great customer experiences with minor issues. Gives me a chance to share my opinions, feedback, and experiences. Best of all, I earn cash in the form of gift cards that I can use at a variety of places I usually shop anyway.

      A good place to slowly earn airline points/miles AND assorted gift cards. Concerns/problems are answered quickly and fairly. Only 5 .2 consolation points may be earned per day for surveys one does not qualify for, although I have had occasions where I have taken zero surveys (on 7-6) and lost the opportunity to receive .2 points for ??? hours.
