I was a member of E-Rewards since 2013 and they just suddenly closed my account and won't give me any explanation except that I had "several account violations", but I haven't even used this account in over a year, so I don't know what they could be. I read online that they have many complaints from other consumers about this same situation. I want them to reopen my account, or reimburse me the $9.95 balance that remains on my account.Business Response

I am filing a complaint against ****** ******** for unjust permanent suspension of my account without explanation, despite prior successful verification and 6 months of legitimate use. This led to loss of $4 balance and ignored support requests.

4. Same day reply: Apology but no details ("internal security"), final decision to suspend; refer to Terms.

I have been an ******* ******* Survey Panel Member for well over a decade, reaching Diamond status, & have verified by account through Veriff and provided cell phone number for proof of identify. I have always provided truthful and human data in studies/surveys I've participated in. Today I find that without any warning my account of over a decade has been suspended without any explanation. I have ******* ******* Points in that account that I fairly earned and should be allowed to redeem, 1609 points. I request to have my account reinstated so that I can redeem said points.

I have attached to screenshots of correspondence from ******* ******* the first one states that I did completely offer even though they put me through the ringer to admit that but I had all the evidence showing that I can prove the offer and the second one is stating that they wanted me to wait 90 days actually they say that in the first one and I send them back a copy of the offer which says it's only a 7-Day waiting period before I am giving my incentive they said that they acknowledge they made a mistake you're getting the mistake taken care of but they still expect me to wait and I don't think I should have to wait because they made a mistake that's not my fault they should honor what was sent out to the world a 7-Day waiting period and it's not my fault but they're supposed to honor it because had I known it was 90 days waiting. I would have never done it because I'm not going to do something and wait 90 days to get paid that's 3 months and I can't afford to do that so they have to honor what they publicize to the world 7 days and it's been well over 7 days and this billion dollar company your parent company is a billion dollar company they refuse to pay me a lousy $67 but to me that lousy $67 means a lot and it's amazing that they can even think that they are justified in doing this after they acknowledge they made a mistake that's not my fault because I would have never done it if it would have said 90 daysInitial Complaint

On October 20, 2025, when I went to log on to my account, I was told that I had to verify my account. So, when I went to verify my account, I was having trouble and it would not let me verify. So, I contact ******* ******* to help me, and I was told that my account was suspended for data violations. However, this is false and I did not violate the Terms and Conditions. I was unfairly suspended from ******* ******* for alleged violations of the Terms and Conditions. This is false and I did not violate the Terms and Conditions. So, when I contacted them regarding this matter about my suspension, they would not help and only told me that my account was suspended.
Furthermore, I had $10 USD in my account when they suspended it. So, they stole that money from me too. I am also losing money since I can not do surveys right now.
I have always been truthful when doing surveys, so they are engaging in deception when they say that I have not been truthful. I always strive to provide the best information when doing surveys, and I find this situation very annoying.Customer Answer

I've been a member of opinion outpost, dynatas survey site for ten plus years. I redeemed a reward through their site and never received it. Dynata (via e-rewards) said they’d reward me 1443 points for completing one of their offers and only rewarded me 1079 points. Their defense was that they did not verify the completion before the offer expired and changed to a lower tier of points. They said it changed on October 1st, but I fulfilled my obligation by 9/22.Business Response

QuickThoughts is a survey app where you can earn small amounts of money per survey taken. I did surveys for a little while until recently my account was ‘“flagged” because the company had thought I was being “dishonest” in my survey answers, which is not true. I reached out to them to request for an account reactivation and they had responded that was not possible. So in the case an account reactivation was not possible, I had kindly requested they pay out my last remaining of $23.60 that I had earned from doing surveys in the form of a gift card, and they refused to do so. I am very displeased by their non-compliance and uncooperative attitude and I need a solution as soon as possible.Business Response
