      Beware Of **************** On The Internet It’s A Legal Scam. This company fraudulently tricked me into signing up for a shipment rebate when I purchased online. They never ever told me that I would be charged monthly fee on my card. This is a fraudulent/deceptive company that people should avoid at all times. Or make a complaint on the FTC website against their fraudulent billing without my approval. Call this number on the web to try and cancel and see if they will call you back as promised. If they don't, go to **************** Facebook page and inform all people about this company and policies. Be careful as this company is a total scam. You card will be charged every month if not stopped.

      I've actually been with them since Feb. 2023 and used them for a couple hundred orders and at the time they were good. Cashbacks came in at 10% with the oddball missing ones once in a while but no big deal. Rebates also came in no problems after submitting my merchant invoices. I usually used up all $1000 max cash back per year and max $500 shipping rebates per year so I was saving $1500 a year and paying $19/month or $228/year so the it was obviously worth it for me. Customer service with Tammy or Mike was always good.
      But in September 2025 (this month) I suddenly got hammered with declined rebates and cashbacks and they flagged my account and turned on me 180 degree like I'm some criminal. After being a loyal paying member for 2+ years and shopping in USD, shopping in US stores only and shipping within the US only, I brought a lot of money and business to this program and merchants so I don't understand why suddenly they decided to discriminate because my billing address is in ******* It's always been in *******since I joined 2+ years ago and was never a problem. Every cashback and rebates successfully paid out. So either they changed the rules or they just goofed up and let me keep using it for 2+ years even though my billing address is not in the USA.
      I use other cashbacks too and none of them have any issues. As long as I shop in the US, with US money/US banking, and ship within the US, what does it matter if my billing address is in ******* Since I'm a Canadian citizen, that's where I had to register my banking and credit card info but that's all it is. It's all US transactions paid in USD, shipped in US, bought in US stores. It feels discriminatory simply because my billing address is in *******
      So if I get a US billing address, will it be fine? It's still the same US credit card, US funds, and US shipping addresses. I don't get what's the problem.

      Scammed. They auto charged my credit card account $19 a month. Unbelievable. I signed up for something I didn't know auto charges a monthly fee. Read the fine print.

      This is a scam. I did not sign up but this was associated with a purchase I made over the holidays. I never got free shipping, and it cost me $40. They have been charging me monthly since November. Be extra cautious about any free shipping offers! I have had to call them 4x and am still not refunded.

      Listed as A+ BBB accredited, but is not on the Better Business Bureau list at all. That is false advertising.
      I am an elder, apparently signed up for this without understanding it was a recurring fee. I feel I am a vulnerable adult (I have no memory of this) that these people rely on for their ill-gotten gains! But after over two years I have not ever used it!
      My husband just found a charge listed on our old email that we don't use, so I called the company. They initially told me that they could refund me the $19 of my last monthly fee if I cancelled. I objected, since we found out that I have unknowingly automatically paid since October of 2022, which is over $400 with no expense out of their pocket that ever served Me! They shuttled me to a manager who insisted all they can do is send me four months' refund, which is $76. This may be a policy, but seems rather arbitrary, considering that I have never used the service. It would be free money for them, regardless.
      I must take some responsibility for not using my old email since I retired, I suppose, however, their hopes that people won't notice the charges is unacceptable.
      This is a predatory company, or at very least their policies are stratigic for profiting on ignorant people like myself. Not only did I get "scolded" for not checking my email, I feel helpless in the face of a company that fears no accountability to their "customers." I am frustrated and poorer by $418 paid for nothing.

      The stuff is garbage. They totally misrepresented the appearance of the top i bought. It said it was embroidered and it was not. It was a photo on a piece of really bad fabric.
      After much negotiation I said if they give me a 50% refund I would walk away. I paid 61.24. They refunded me 20.47 and refuse to pay the balance. I know ours not alot of money but they lied twice. I should not pay shipping for the garbage I received.

      In Dec. 2021, a sales lady at ***** who was processing my purchase asked if I would like a $10 discount. I said sure. Since I was using my **** card she asked for my email address not knowing she was signing me up for a $19 a month scam .
      In Oct 2024, I discovered on my billing that there was a charge for $19 on my account from a Free shipping company. A further investigation with the fraud dept. of ***** bank found that Freeshipping had been charging my account $19 from Dec 2021 to the present without my knowledge. A total of $547 dollars. The number of the enterprise was given to me by ***** and together we talked to Freeshipping's customer service Patricia and her supervisor Danielle. they assured us that they would resolve the matter and get back to us. They did not and after another call to them, they again did not return my call. I am hoping that your office can intercede for me to correct this situation.

      This place snuck in a monthly subscription when I ordered my mother flowers for Mother's Day. Turns our they have been quietly charging me $19 for the last 18 months. This is a misleading scam of a company and if I knew about this I would have never ordered those flowers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
