Just like most of the other reviews I was signed up and charged from freeshipping.com for a service I do not want and did not know I was signed up for. In January I was charged to my credit card a $2.00 fee and then again in February a $13.00 fee was charged. My card company actually called me to find out if this was a fraudulent purchase. Then in March I was charged $13.00 again! I had changed my account and this company still found a way to charge me a fee. I have NEVER heard of this company. I DO NOT WANT THIS SERVICE. I DON'T EVEN KNOW HOW I WAS SIGNED UP FOR THIS SERVICE. From everything I have seen online this "company" is a scam. PLEASE CANCEL THIS SERVICE. I don't want to waste anymore time dealing with this scam of a company.

Have no idea how I even got charged this subscription and never noticed it, it was on a busisness account. Disputed it, got my money back only to have new charges three months later. I am over fighting this, paid it and had to totally close that account. Waste of 2 hours of my life trying to figure out. Tell me please what the **** I paid $13.99 a month for?? How is this legal?

I never authorized it or knew what free shipping was. I had disputed the charge and was refunded. You then charged my card twice since December. I canceled the card and paid it because I was done messing around. I have the paperwork and proof you did because it was done in December of 2022 when the bank refunded me almost a year of you charging my account. Just got the charges the last two months. Don’t scam people. I paid for a service I never used or asked for. Google it and the first thing that comes up is scam. I paid $30 to not waste my time and closed the account.

In reviewing billing from my ************* account, I noticed that since September 2022 a monthly charge of $16.95 had been charged. This was linked to ***** ******, a clothing company with which I had done business--but I had never authorized such a deduction. It is a charge without any product or service rendered. Through March of this year, this has totaled $135.60.

Clarus Commerce operates the shopHQ VIP program. this program is a scam, and fraudulent in some ways. They give you a 30 day free trial, and afterwards, charge $16.95 per month. it is advertised as giving you unlimited 5% cash back, unlimited shipping refunds and return shipping refunds for all purchases on shopHQs website, as well as 5% cash back from many other retailers like ******, *******, ******, up to $1000 per year, and shipping refunds from other non shopHQ retailers up to $500 per year total, and $10 per order maximum.
Anyway, these people don't actually want you to receive big payouts from their shophq VIP program. they charge $16.95 per month for membership, but they are hoping that people either forget to submit their claims on time, or just don't submit claims or make purchases at all. because they want to make a profit.
I made quite a bit of purchases from the shopHQ website, and ******, *******, amazon and ******. Initially, these guys approved all my 5% cash back claims and shipping refund claims. however, at the end of the month, I got an email from an agent named Joe, a manager named LaRae Turner, and they basically told me that because I made a large amount of purchases from the shophQ website, that they suspect I could be making purchases for non personal usage.
this was purely speculatory and subjective, so they were basically suspicious that I bought a lot so I could be buying for non personal usage, and they then altered over $600 of approved cash back claims to a declined status, and told me my VIP account was being cancelled because they did not want to pay out my over $600 of claims. purely on their own suspicions, purely on the opinions of their agents with deprived childhoods, they basically did not want to pay out a large claim, so they refunded my $16.95 membership fee and told me theyre not paying the claim.
so this is the catch to this program, they want people paying the fee, but don't want people making money off of it.
