5 starsI cannot say enough about this company!! Fantastic, reliable, kind, and efficient is how I’d begin…I am in the process of selling my home and I had an emergency with a water filter system leak. I called two close local plumbers first as I knew them, but they failed to even return the call. The Bee answered immediately, dispatched immediately, and had the technician there in a matter of hours! They went above and beyond to fix the problem on the spot and the price was reasonable. I cannot say enough about the service from Horace! He was unbelievably kind, went the extra mile, and updated me throughout the process! We need more humans like Hector and more businesses like the Bee! Thank you!!!

5 starsMy kitchen faucet was leaking and I couldn’t tell what was wrong! I called TMS and Florjan came and diagnosed it right away. It turns out that I need a new faucet. It had to be ordered, so it will be replaced tomorrow. I’m glad I called and you should too!Total Mechanical Systems

5 starsI contacted TMS to review a thermostat voltage issue. After full review of the electrical situation, the Serviceman determined that only a standard thermostat will work and Bluetooth will cause the issue. He also reviewed the entire system and we entered into contract. This wasn’t availabie last year but is now. We are glad to have well experienced company to rely on.Total Mechanical Systems

5 starsI called TMS to look at an issue that I thought was coming from my water heater but they were able to find the root cause of the issues and were able to explain how I can fix this problem, but also how to prevent it in the future. The technician sent was knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions with confidence.
