      I made a reservation through Priceline ***** on a **** ******* ******* ** ******** *********** and paid extra so that I can modify a reservation on three rooms that I booked for December 2025. Since I no longer need a night I attempted to modify my reservation and Priceline ***** said that I have to cancel it entirely and rebook- of which I do not want to do since there are no more rooms at this spot and I don't want to risk losing my rooms. The direct hotel management agreed to refund it, but that they needed the request to come from Priceline ***** first. I've emailed and called the customer relations numerous times to have this settled and it continued to be unresolved. Upon requesting to speak with a manager, I get the runaround. I plan to never book with priceline again and I will warn my friends and colleagues to, as well.

      A VIP GOLD Member on Priceline books, For a family Emergency in April 2025,
      I need to cancel an Airline booking (A roundtrip on a single transaction on the same Airline),When crediting the money they separated the bookings on 2 different numbers and gave 2 separate credits. When I try to book a new reservation they give only one credit per trip with extra charge of $99 dollars.
      They separated the ticket so that they can charge twice , for a single transaction/cancellation ,also they will get the credit in case we do not use the rest of the money within 1 year.
      All are these are the company's tactics to get money extracted from Customers including their VIP customers.
      Do not ever trust this company

      Priceline is affiliated with a hotel they have no information about. I booked a reservation with Tuscany by luxurban in new york. When I had to cancel due to a death in the family priceline could not reach the hotel because the phone numbers on the websites were disconnected and there was no working email. Priceline said that they could not help me because they couldn't get in touch with the hotel. This is not acceptable! They are a third party company who should vet every business they represent. How can they work with a company they have no contact with?

      There was an obvious mix up while booking my aunt to come see me for the first time in 29 yrs. I never wrote I live in ******** as I live in ***** ********* I purchased insurance off Priceline’s page as well, just in case. When calling to correct this and I’m even willing to pay a fee they won’t help me at all!! My mother, my aunt and I will probably never be in the same room again because they refuse to correct an error! $404 wasted! More importantly, 4 days that will never be. Shame on you!! And then telling me you don’t stand behind the insurance that I purchased off your site! I can’t get over the horrible customer service. Nobody cares to help anyone any more. No basic human kindness. It was you bought these tickets less than 48 hrs ago and it was an obvious error, but we are going to tell you there’s NOTHING we can do and keep every cent you gave us. Kharma…

      I booked our flights from the USA to Dublin back in January 2025 through Priceline on British Airways, and my flight is in 9 days. I have not heard a peep from either company since then about my flight itinerary, well actually Priceline today at 9:25am confirmed my flight (the one that I booked). I got an email from British airways today about upgrades and went to check them out...luckily I had done this...I saw that my flight to and from had been changed, not just the times but the days as well, so that meant that our return flight, out of Dublin, was one we could no longer catch since we would be in London at the time. Does not matter much, but side-note when the flight was rebooked the layover between flights was only 5 minutes which is not enough time! I called British Airways first and they said that since I booked through Priceline and Priceline had been the ones who changed the flights they could not help me. I called Priceline and it was amazing how the agent was able to basically tell me there was nothing he could do except offer a refund. He said British airways had no flights and they could not use the money I paid for other airlines makes no sense... the agent kept repeating the same things over and over, this is a huge issue. I just had a very similar issues with VRBO and something has got to change, everyone is willing to take our money, but when we have issues they all have loopholes and "reasons" they just cannot help us. Priceline is no better, horrible customer service. The agent kept explaining things to me like I was the idiot. I did not appreciate his repetitive explanations.

      DO NOT EVER USE PRICELINE I booked a room through priceline and when I got to the hotel they had no reservation for me bc they have nothing to do with priceline. So in other words priceline is taking money for hotel stays that they know u won't get. And now it's been 2 weeks later and I still can't get a refund bc they say they need to speak to the property owner first but they can't bc the # they have is to the old owners who sold the place a couple of months ago. On top of that they told ****** whom I put a claim in with that I got my room so they denied my claim too. When I spoke to the guy at the property he told me that they have at least 1 person every day come in there n say they have a reservation with priceline that they have to turn away. So I know that the people at priceline know what they're doing bc if every single day they have multiple people calling to complain about 1 property in particular then they should look into it but instead they choose to keep our money....I will never use them again

      Scammed me out of $500 . Uses ai to get around having to pay people back! They booked the hotel and lied about what they booked and would not cancel the hotel ! Do not use Priceline ! You will regret it .

      I booked a rental car through Priceline for U-Save. This company is complete BS! They gave me a rental vehicle with roaches in it. I called the company to complain and spoke to Angel who just said OK when I advised of the situation. She never apologized, pulled up my information or offered a solution. She was very inattentive told me to contact the company I booked with-Priceline. The representative from Priceline was on the line for entire 1 hr call and Angel kept saying she will send to her manager and call me back BUT SHE NEVER PULLED UP MY INFO TO GET MY PHONE # TO CALL ME BACK! What makes matters worse is the car not only had roaches, didn’t start up on initial start and kept saying oil change required. This is a definite safety issue and proves the company does not keep up with regular maintenance on their vehicles. I have video for all of these things. At this point I just want my money back!! I will NEVER book with them again and definitely do NOT recommend
      Carlos from Priceline kept saying send them an email. I sent the email that I initially sent to usave only for him to lie and say he didn’t get the email. He stated 3 times they can’t pull up the sent emails-if that’s the case how you know you didn’t get the email. I asked if he can search with my email,asked him to send me an email or search using the trip number. He was not able to do either. Again I’m frustrated and just want a refund at this point.

      I made a reservation through Priceline and prepaid for it. Got to the airport, I called ACE to pick us up.
      They said they don't have vehicles available. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME LIKE WE DID. It's been 10 days and still haven't received my refund from Priceline.

      Hey @Priceline, I’m extremely frustrated. I booked an ****** Airlines flight through your app after canceling a Spirit flight. When I called to change the flight time, your agents told me the ****** booking didn’t exist—even though it was clearly in my upcoming trips.
      I spent hours of my day yesterday and today—time I had to take unpaid, losing about $40/hour—meaning I lost $120 yesterday and $40 today trying to convince your team of a flight that did exist. Meanwhile, your agents were getting paid to deny it.
      I was wrongly transferred to ****** ******** (a canceled booking), and your system lost my ****** flight for a full day, causing serious financial and professional harm. This disrupted my work with an elderly client who depends on me, and all I’ve been offered is a 15% coupon.
      If this isn’t fixed immediately with real compensation—including reimbursement for lodging or transportation—I will escalate to the Better Business Bureau and the Department of Transportation.
      Please escalate this to someone who can actually resolve this.
