      Do not bundle and save it is a ripoff. I bundled my flight and rental car through Priceline then got hit with another $395 when I picked up my rental car. A four day compact car rental cost me $839.15. I know for a fact others in our group payed $500 for suv. I will never use ** *****l company or Priceline again.

      Online price quote for hotel with taxes was $23 less than what was charged. It is difficult to even request a reimbursement, and getting one is even harder.

      SCAM-like practices all the way.
      They don't hesitate to promise you a call back or refund. Yet, you never get any
      Running a credit card chargeback now to force my money from this crooked agency.
      Just face any travel issue like cancellation, delay, flight change or so and you will learn what I'm talking about

      This company completely overcharged me and I called to cancel right after I booked and saw the price. They said I wouldn't get a refund so I said don't cancel, but they cancelled anyway so I lost the money on this reservation. Awful company.

      El servicio al cliente es inexistente. Se intentó comunicación en español y fue imposible. No recomiendo esta página por nuestra experiencia. Realizamos una reserva con tiempo para asegurar el mejor precio posible en un hotel que investigamos. Llamamos al hotel para coordinar el transporte desde el aeropuerto que estaba incluido y nos damos cuenta de que nuestra reservación no existe. Llame a Priceline y decían haber resuelto la situación y que la reservación estaba lista. Sin embargo, al llamar al hotel nos indican que tenemos una reservación en otro de sus hoteles (más económico). Después, de distintas comunicaciones por una semana completa decidimos cancelar y tener que reservar otro hotel ya que todos los hoteles habían subido demasiado de precio. No hubo servicio al cliente, empatía, solución de problema y seguimiento de la situación. Siempre terminaban la llamada indicando que le darían seguimiento al caso y me llamarían al día siguiente y nunca ocurrió. Definitivamente no recomiendo que realicen ninguna reservación por esta página


      Priceline Review Customer service is non-existent. Communication was attempted in Spanish and it was impossible. I do not recommend this page based on our experience. We make a reservation early to ensure the best possible price at a hotel we research. We called the hotel to arrange transportation from the airport that was included and realized that our reservation did not exist. I called Priceline and they said they had resolved the situation and the reservation was ready. However, when we call the hotel they tell us that we have a reservation at another of their hotels (more economical). After various communications for a full week we decided to cancel and have to book another hotel since all the hotels had increased too much in price. There was no customer service, empathy, problem solving and monitoring of the situation. They always ended the call by stating that they would follow up on the case and call me the next day and it never happened. I definitely do not recommend making any reservations through this page.

      I want to share my recent experience as a cautionary message to other customers.
      I booked a hotel room through what appeared to be the hotel’s official website. At no point was it clear that I was using a third-party platform. Shortly after booking, I received a confirmation email from an unfamiliar address that did not appear to be associated with the hotel. Concerned, I called the hotel directly, only to find there was no reservation under my name.
      I immediately canceled the booking just a couple of hours after making it. The cancellation was confirmed, but with no warning that a refund would not be issued. Later, I noticed I was charged by getaroom.com, yet another third-party I was unaware of. When I contacted ********, they explained that a “partner hotel”—whose name they could not disclose—was responsible for the refund, leaving me with no clear recourse.
      The lack of transparency, involvement of multiple undisclosed third parties, and misleading website design are deeply disappointing. To make matters worse, I was surprised to learn that ******** is owned by Priceline, a company I had trusted for its reputation as customer-focused, reliable, and transparent.
      I have submitted a formal complaint and received an acknowledgment email from Priceline. I hope they will resolve this issue fairly and uphold the standards the brand is known for. If I do not receive a refund, I will hold Priceline accountable for this experience.
      For now, I urge potential customers to exercise caution when booking through your platform.
      I look forward to their response and a satisfactory resolution.

      I made a reservation through Priceline ***** on a **** ******* ******* ** ******** *********** and paid extra so that I can modify a reservation on three rooms that I booked for December 2025. Since I no longer need a night I attempted to modify my reservation and Priceline ***** said that I have to cancel it entirely and rebook- of which I do not want to do since there are no more rooms at this spot and I don't want to risk losing my rooms. The direct hotel management agreed to refund it, but that they needed the request to come from Priceline ***** first. I've emailed and called the customer relations numerous times to have this settled and it continued to be unresolved. Upon requesting to speak with a manager, I get the runaround. I plan to never book with priceline again and I will warn my friends and colleagues to, as well.

      A VIP GOLD Member on Priceline books, For a family Emergency in April 2025,
      I need to cancel an Airline booking (A roundtrip on a single transaction on the same Airline),When crediting the money they separated the bookings on 2 different numbers and gave 2 separate credits. When I try to book a new reservation they give only one credit per trip with extra charge of $99 dollars.
      They separated the ticket so that they can charge twice , for a single transaction/cancellation ,also they will get the credit in case we do not use the rest of the money within 1 year.
      All are these are the company's tactics to get money extracted from Customers including their VIP customers.
      Do not ever trust this company

      I booked a flight and the representative told me if I canceled at least 3 days prior to my flight I would get a full refund. I called 5 days prior to my flight and they told I could not cancel. I told them what their sales rep told me and they said he was wrong so tough luck. Do not book with Priceline as their sales people are dishonest.

      Priceline is affiliated with a hotel they have no information about. I booked a reservation with Tuscany by luxurban in new york. When I had to cancel due to a death in the family priceline could not reach the hotel because the phone numbers on the websites were disconnected and there was no working email. Priceline said that they could not help me because they couldn't get in touch with the hotel. This is not acceptable! They are a third party company who should vet every business they represent. How can they work with a company they have no contact with?
