      I ordered two purses a week ago. They took the full amount for both purses at that time. They did a partial shipment and the cheaper purse is on its way. I saw no notes or estimated time for second more expensive purse. I had to chat with their bot. They got the second one shipped yesterday they said. They took the same amount out for the second purse. Double charged me! I had to chat with a bot again! They say someone will reach out to me by email 24-48 hours. They took extra money from me! And I have to wait 24-48 hours! I still have no products and they took more money over $100 dollars. I will never do business with them again.

      I placed an order for a handbag and tried cancelling less than an hour later and I was told it could not be cancelled. Could only go through char since there is no phone number. This is ridiculous. I should be able to change my mind within a hour. They want $10 for returning. I am going to refuse delivery and contact my credit card company to not pay this charge.

      For the first time I am so disappointed with I love Dooney. I purchase a purple bag for my early birthday gift in January. I just open the box haven't even taken the plastic or anything off of it. Sunday because my sister knows I love purple she brought the same exact bag for a birthday gift. I call I love dooney on monday and they told me that I couldn't even get a credit for another product. All the money I have spent on dooney have never ever asked for anything let alone returned anything and they tell me oh you are a little past the 30 days mark.. Okay but for a loyal customer can you all atleast make a one time credit. Wasn't what I really expected from a company like this. Now I have 2 bags the exact kind and you all can't even give me at least a different color in place. WOW. This is what loyal customers get I have loved and brought dooney for years I have one of the original bag and will never ever get rid of it and just this one time just one time a exchange atleast wow.

      Rooney & Bourke handbags are A plus. I have one issue with Dooney that I truly dislike. When the having any kinds of sales, they show in advertisement’s & actually sell more than what they truly to ship out to the masses of people like me that are truly, excited to get the products they have always wanted. It’s awful because i have purchased about 5 purses in a good period of 3 weeks. Now so far, Dooney has not sent me any notices that say they don’t have the main 2 I wanted. One is the yellow small dome in grained leather, then I really am upset about the ostrich small satchel that is normally over $500.00 but the February & VALENTINE SALE plus they have 70% off, I was so excited just waiting for my 2 purses. Never depend on sales nor depend on lowered prices in giving their best items. I am totally upset & totally not shopping their liquidations sales. It’s totally no good reason for them to sell items of great value as if they are timeshares. Oh well, this one of the remnants of Covid. ***** ******* *aka unhappy shopper.

      I Love Dooney is Awesome! Confused by bad reviews. Excellent products easy to return quick to deliver absolutely love these bags. I will continue purchasing from them! Also great Customer Service

      I Love Dooney prices are good, but I do not recommend that you do business with them. I ordered a purse and due to their error, they sent me a another customer's purchase in a box addressed to me. I contacted them immediately, but every step of the return was difficult. They refused to send me the bag for which they'd already received a credit card payment from me until the bag they sent me in error was in their offices. Even when *** had the mistaken bag logged in and en route to them, they refused. Stupidly, the bag I ordered was in stock then but was out of stock two days later. They eventually credited my account for the bag but overall it was one of the worst customer experiences I have had lately. This business is not interested in customer service and because there are many other places to spend your hard-earned money, you should avoid them.

      I ordered a bag from them on Dec 20, that was advertised at 100% authentic and it was not. The “leather” was plastic, they are a sham don’t order from them!!

      I have bought two of the same umbrella and neither works for different reasons. When I tried to get a replacement they send me to another site. The other site said they are not responsible.

      I placed an order (6 purses) for on July 24, 2023. On August 02,2023, I contacted I Love Dooney and spoke to their Customer Service Rep and she told me that my order was “Cancelled” due to No Funds! I told her that I had funds in my account! I called my Banker told them that the money was withdrawn out of my account on 07-25-2023. The customer service rep sent my call to Billing Dept. My banker told her that the funds were withdrawn on 07-25-2023 then she left the call.
      Stephanie told me that they were going to send my money back to me. I told her that I Love Dooney had stolen my money, and if I hadn’t call this morning they really would have gotten away with it! Stephanie said she was sorry but it was a glitch on their end.
      I said, since it was on your end, I Love Dooney should honor my order! She said that there would be other promotions and I would have to reorder them!
      I spoke to a Supervisor, Nick A****. I explained the situation to him about I Love Dooney for stealing my money and if I had not called today and he apologized for the glitch. He said that anytime an order is over $500.00, the order is flagged as a Fraud and it is Cancelled! I told him that the $500.00 statement is not on their website and I supplied all the information that was needed! But, I Love Dooney still took my money and I wanted my order honored!
      He said that they couldn’t do that and there would be other promotions coming and I would have to look for them and Stephanie was sending my money back!
      Now, I Love Dooney have had my money since 07-25-2023 and I have to wait several days to get a refund at their expense!
      I am thoroughly disappointed on how I have been treated as a “Good Faith Customer”And the glitch was on I Love Dooneys’ end! I was looking to style my purses that I ordered! So Sad!!!

      Very satisfied with all my purses, I don’t understand these complaints!
      I love the sale prices because when u go to a store the markup is so high because of transportation costs and of course the store has to make a profit, so overall if u look at the big picture it’s more affordable and convenient because u don’t have to travel to get it!
      Just pay attention the the description and the cost.??
