      No stars! It made me choose at least one, but they don't deserve 1. I used Xerox for the previous 23 years for my small business and loved them, but don't know what happened the last 3-4 years. For some reason, they have very poor customer service, poor products, no follow through now. The new machine they made me switch out to has broken down several times and they never resolve the issue. I keep getting different error messages and with this last incident, I have called them everyday for the past week to check on my tech support ticket. No progress. I have to keep rebooting my machine to clear the error code just to print something, it won't scan any documents and keeps giving me errors that won't clear. I will never buy another Xerox machine. It is not worth the hassle trying to get the right parts. The technicians who do show up after months of trying, don't know how to fix it. Zero customer service. I called the support number they gave me on a voicemail and got hung up on twice, told the line wasn't clear enough to hear me, and the fourth time, was told it was beyond his scope of expertise and he couldn't provide me with who else to call. Good luck if you need any service on one of their machines! Save yourself the headache of lost time and money...don't buy Xerox.

      Six month in to our contract, we have still not been properly invoiced.
      I sent our tax exempt certificate months before the contract began, and 13 times since then; and they are still charging sales tax.
      Invoices are two weeks late to appear in their online portal.
      The first two or three invoices were already past due when we received them. Mind you, I knew we SHOULD be receiving invoices, and I asked for them several times per week.
      The Manila-based customer service will not respond - or if they do, it's like they didn't even read your message.
      And now they're starting to charge late fees because we won't pay the sales tax that we are not legally required to pay.
      Customer service is worse than ******** worse than ********* and even worse than ********* (which is darn near impossible).

      OUCH!!! Wish I read these reviews before purchasing a several thousand dollar copier made by them....Please do yourself a favor, stay about as far away from Xerox as ***** stays away from the truth...If you don't take this as a warning, then you're all-on-your-own.

      We are a large university with one of the biggest departments on campus. For nearly TWO YEARS we have fought with Xerox to get a working printer. They first tried to update our old one, but said it was "missing a part". We had different technicians out on several occasions and each one said they would "order the part" and they never did, or it was backordered.
      They ultimately decided to let us use the old printer, but suddenly decided to take back the old printer and get us the "new one".
      The new one is garbage. We have been calling Xerox constantly to get this fixed, but they either ignore us or delay getting us help. The technicians - when they can come - don't know how to fix the stupid printer, and we've ended up turning it off and on again JUST TO PRINT. We've explained the error over the phone multiple times but no one bothers with us any more.
      If we didn't have a contract with them you better bet we'd drop them like a hot rock.
      C'mon, Xerox. Do better. You used to be top in the industry - start working from the top down to retrain your technicians so people WON"T COMPLAIN EVERY ******** DAY.

      Our company is TRYING to part ways with Xerox. They keep sending invoices with estimated meter readings. I have told them numerous times what the current meter read is! The machine is turned off so the meter read is what it is....it is not changing. I initially called to dispute the very first invoice I received on 1/3/23. They told me the resolution date for my dispute was 1/26/23. That day came and went with no resolution. In the meantime, more invoices just kept coming. I wanted to clear up the invoicing before I cancelled but realized that was not going to happen. I officially cancelled on 3/9/23. As of today, 5/5/23, I have 5 invoices accumulated. Four of which have credits applied to (finally) and one that they say is outstanding but it was paid on 3/9/23! The kicker is that they keep sending me a statement that should clearly show credits but none show! PLUS they are assessing late fees!!!! I have made numerous attempts to contact them and clear this up. One customer service rep, Jameserrol R****** (4/4/23), asked me what I needed. I told her that the invoices listed on the statement, that she had sent me, all had credits applied to them or were paid. She told me that she could see the credits on her side. She then said "the credits are there how can I help you?" Meanwhile the statement I got says we owe $1,314.78 when in reality we owe $223.93!!! I just hung up! I received a new statement yesterday once again showing no credits. Again I call. I was told that I needed to approve having the credits applied???????? How stupid does this company this we are??? He said (I didn't get his name, funny he was all muffled so I couldn't hear it) since you are approving the credits I will send out a new statement. I asked him about the one invoice that was paid and he didn't even want to hear that! Just said he'd send a new statement to my email!!!! Beware people!!!!

      Our government agency had a scheduled printer install at a remote location. This requires precise coordination to get everything done properly on a specific date. Whoever they hired to deliver and install the printer arrived TWO DAYS EARLY... so our entire plan was kiboshed. I then had two of my managers follow up with our account reps via email. Nearly two weeks later and NO response to emails requesting an explanation and resolution to the issues this caused. Extremely disappointed with their terrible customer service, wrong delivery date, and lack of response to emails.

      It's like pulling hen's teeth to get a hold of someone here. They will let you marinate with a broken printer for months, still charging you or your company a ton and not responding. Ended up personally buying a printer to use for my COMPANY because of their lack of everything. When I called 4 times, got the same rude girl who I believe blocked my number from calling! I haven't been able to speak to anyone and after 12 ticket requests over the span of 6 months, I finally got someone. Hate to admit that it wasn't my kindest ticket but at least it got someones attention. would absolutely not waste your money and time on this loser company.

      Printer that was recommended to us does not handle the paper quality we use in our office and the management and service/sales department is some  the worst I have ever dealt with. Waste of time and money. Buy anything else but xerox.

      Worst customer service ever. Xerox now charges a fee if your device is not connected and transmitting to them during a month. The letter that the customers received doesn't state the number of times the device needs to communicate but surprise there is one that you only find out if you call. I have spent over a hour on the phone and I have only been placed on hold or transferred to a different department. If I could give a negative rating, I would. A one star is to generous.

      I don't know who they paid at the BBB to get an A- rating. We get their invoices 60-90 days after invoice date. I cannot register to get emailed copies. Our machine turns off or malfunctions when we have an unknown invoice past due then is "Fixed" after they receive our check. Pretty sad state of affairs. This is going to cause disbelief in the BBB going forward, obviously they have been bought by Xerox.
