    "ORDER #REMOVEDwith their entity REMOVED apparently a shipping label with REMOVEDwas printed, REMOVED, but the package was not given to REMOVEDspent extensive time with customer service via chat who kept telling me they were waiting to hear from REMOVEDwhich makes no sense since REMOVEDadvises on their website that they never got the package, and my REMOVEDaccount shows no deliveries coming to my house. I asked that the order be reprocessed, customer service advises that cannot do that until they hear from REMOVEDThey also said that when they do decide to reprocess the order they cannot send me a confirming e-mail that the order is being reprocessed." ...
