            My annual membership was renewed without my approval. I had called last year when they renewed without my approval and paid them because they said it was too late. They told me they would take off the auto subscription. I even went as far as to change my credit card and they still charged me again There is no method to call them and speak to a person. Lame.

            I only used the service once. It went well. My review has to do with Harvest Hosts renewal, payment credit card information retention and cancelation requirements. You must keep credit card or Paypal info active in their system - not optional. In order to cancel membership, you are required to explain "What excited" you when you first signed up for Harvest Hosts and why you are cancelling. You can't cancel membership without explaining why.

            Harvest Hosts allows members to manage their membership, including renewals, through the "Manage Your Membership" option. Once logged in, a member may navigate to "Manage Your Membership" and select options such as "Update Credit Card" or "Cancel Membership". We urge all of our users to explore this section of their profile to best manage their membership.
