      If you need any kind of appliance or new mattress this is the place to go. I went to the ***************** location and my expectations were exceeded. Every question I had was answered with amazing costumer service and I was never made to feel like they were just trying to get a sale out of me. They genuinely seemed to want me to walk away with things Id be more than satisfied with and helping me get the best appliances for the best possible price.

      Visited Appliance Factory in ******** to begin shopping for a full set of kitchen appliances, not intending to purchase. Met with ***** who was patient, low pressure and answered all out questions. We left with a complete set at an all-in price which could not be beat! Awesome sale, awesome salesperson! Two thumbs way up. Thanks *****!!!

      My wife purchased a washer on 9/8 at Appliance Factory. When we hook up the washer the washer didn't work on a Cold Water Mode but since we usually wash all our on Hot water we kinda wait a month or so to ***ort the problem. I talked to the sales *** and he told me to contact the manufacturer directly but I told him that we bought it from you less than 40 days. We got the manager-s name, **** ***** and explained it to him but we were told there's nothing they can do at this time. So I asked his boss's name and phone number, he told me that he directly ***orts to the CEO of the company and he can't provide the number. He had no desire to solve my issue and simply didn't care. I'm really not satisfied with the product and the service by them and will never even consider buying another product. They sold a faulty product but can't help. Not a good business module.
