      Delivered our washer and dryer and dryer was shattered in the front. For us it was no problem but the communication to get a replacement was nonexistent. And over 1 week out. Sales guy was very rude saying that we did not need to call every day to check on it. The manager was very rude and interrupted countless times and would not listen to our concerns. She was to get a hold of the warehouse manager and pass our concern along about being without a dryer again for another week. She did not do so. They did not fulfill their end of the contract with delivery.. I would not ever recommend anyone going to this place. All the negative rules are 100% spot on.

      If you are looking for appliances I can definitely say without a doubt do NOT go to appliance factory outlet off Garden of the Gods. What was at first a good experience turned south quickly. Weve been waiting for an oven since the start of April. I can understand the company has no control over manufacturing. The Ive we want is on back order and seems is being slowly made. We had someone come out and measure to make sure we were getting the right size. So we went back and decided on a different oven. Come to delivery day not long ago the guy who measured the area the oven goes says the wrong size was ordered. Not sure where the ball fell through the crack. Ok Im understanding and had grace about it. The sales person was supposed to call me the Friday (same day the mishap) and he never did. I called Saturday and the sales person said he would call me end of business day. He didnt. Come Monday I call back and after waiting and phone tag I was able to get the sales person on the phone. Then he tells me the only thing he has available is an out of box oven. Or we order ehat we enat and eiat again. No thanks because by this time I now know I can get the exact oven I want cheaper and its in stock at Lowes. He proceeds to tell me when we are busy I cant help previous customers oh ok cool you got my money and now customer service doesnt matter to you! Noted! I advised I want a full refund. He very short with me says ok fine Ill get that done asap and then hangs up on me. I try to be a gracious person having worked customer service for 24 years, but that made me down right mad! I had a feeling so.. Today I call and see if a refund was submitted and was told no. Of course not exactly what I expected since this experience quickly went south. Now to wait and see if the guy I talked to today put the refund through. Ive called the presidents line with no response. This company hands down is the pits! We will never do business here again and suggest you dont either.

      Because of my VERY POOR EXPERIENCE purchasing an ** dishwasher from Appliance Factory, I recommend that you NOT USE THIS FIRM.After running the appliance just once, while empty, as recommended by the installer, ****, I decided to return the dishwasher and upgrade to a more expensive unit. I called the Longmont Store and spoke to the manager, Martin, stating my desire to return the dishwasher and purchase a more expensive unit from Appliance Factory. I was told by Martin that the Appliance Factory does not take returns and that I had been told this by the salesperson. (N.B., Martin did not ask the salesperson given Martin, and I were on the call together). I was also told the invoice clearly states the store does not take returns.1.The salesperson, ****** ********, never informed me of the no return policy.2.The invoice statement, shown below, fails to declare that the company does not take returns. It states (1) All cancellations and returns are subject to a restocking fee, at Appliance Factory's sole discretion, of up to 50% of the price of the product.Martin, the manager, said he would submit a letter to corporate requesting an exception. Two days later, I called the store and learned that Martin had left and that ****** was the new manager. ****** stated that the company always rejects requests for returns but that she would submit a letter and call me back. One week later, having not heard from ******, I called the store. ****** did not remember the request. After providing my phone number, ****** located the request. She stated that the request had been denied, no reason given. I then asked if I should call the Presidents Hotline listed on the invoice. ****** stated that the Presidents Hotline would NOT go to the president, rather the call would be routed back to her. I strongly encourage others to not to do business with the Appliance Factory.

      Excellent customer service!I had an urgent need to buy a freezer and the team at Appliance Factory worked quickly and generously to help me purchase and deliver a freezer same day.I highly recommend their service that felt very personable and swift under the circumstances.

      We have worked with **** at the *********/****** location numerous times. Hes very knowledgeable, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend him to all of our friends. We purchased the *** line made by **. We are very happy and absolutely love all of our appliances. Thanks again, ****. See you next time!

      I purchased a ** profile Refrigerator, on (5-25-25) from Appliance Factory store in ******, ****. Delivered on (5-31-25) The delivery crew was very unprofessional and did an extremely poor job. They removed the doors on it and put them on incorrectly, they are uneven and dont open and close as they should. The delivery guys removed my entrance door to bring it in. They broke the spacer on my door hinge. Then to find out the water pitcher wasnt filling, I contacted the store to inform them of everything . They had a service guy come and at that time I find out it had been pre registered on (10-1-24) . I requested a ***lacement and all I get is we cant ***lace it GE wont let us . Then they say we will send the someone to *** are you house door and correct the doors on the refrig. When you call they pretty much blow steam out their nose. I have made multiple calls , spoke with several different individuals. It seems they dont know anything. This was delivered on Sat.( 5-31-25 ) and I requested a ***lacement on (6-2-25) . All I get is we will take care of you , I got your back . I have tried to find the corp. office number cant find anything. You can leave a message on the so call President hotline with NO RESPONSE. When you purchase an item it should be functional not defective and if it is defective it is ***laced. Any ***utable company would ***lace it without the frustration and ***eated calls . I would not recommend this company to anyone

      Our salesperson **** ******* was friendly, exceptionally patient, and helpful during multiple visits, as we mired through the refrigerator and microwave options at Appliance Factory. He was well informed about the features of the many products and went the extra mile to get us any additional information to help our decision. He assisted us in considering new and open box models and allowed us ample alone time, yet was always checking in and attentive. His explanations were thorough and we felt he was invested in helping us find the perfect appliances for our needs. We had been to many of the big box stores but felt we had an enjoyable experience with **** at A.F.
