      My mother, an eighty nine year old widow bought a refrigerator from them. She paid for delivery, installation, and hall away of the old refrigerator. Since she moved into assisted living she does not live in the unit she bought the fridge for. Also, she doesn't drive.They told her they would call her with a window for delivery so she could be there. They lied. Apparently, they don't call until they arrive at the delivery site. I took the day off to meet the delivery. They said they were on the way and would arrive at 8 am. NOPE 8:30, They managed to deliver the fridge. Install? NOPE, Hall away? After one month NOPE. We've taken off work 3 Mondays in a row so we could be there. So far, they haven't called once to give us a window. On 4/29/2024 they cancelled the appointment. Of course, no call or offer to reschedule. At this point, we still haven't received the services we paid for. We can't sell the condo until we get the fridge out. We've taken days off work (unpaid) to be there. It looks like this business preys on the elderly and disabled.I so wish we'd read the reviews before buying here. Our money's gone for nothing. Can the BBB do anything with a business that steals peoples money and doesn't do what they're paid to do?

      Sold me a broken washer that didn't work from the start , horrible place and horrible people , was told I need to call maytag and hung up , place needs shut down

      I bought $17k of appliances from Appliance Factory on **********. The installers of the refrigerator were not prepared with proper moving equipment and damaged our hardwood floors as well as made substantial damage to the refrigerator. They had to replace the refrigerator and signed a statement that they damaged our floors. However they refused to pay for the floor damage, even after I got 3 quotes and selected the lowest (by thousands$) for the repair. I took them to small claims court, won the case, and they still will not reply or pay for our loss. BBB won't assist, nobody can do anything so I'm stuck having had to pay over $2,000 for the floor repair. This outfit should be banned from ********, they are untrustworthy and could care less about their customers. Plus their President's ******* is useless, nobody replies.

      Crappy Customer **********************. Could care less about their President ******** Called 3 times and no one would return my messages. Bought it in September 2023 and since I did not purchase their warranty I now have to contact GE. Their installers **** otherwise I would not be in this position. It is all a sales oriented, not to help customers. I will go somewhere else, and pay more for some CUSTOMER **********************!!!!

      Check your "new" appliance because they will sell you one that dented and refurbished. Horrible customer ********************** too. I am supposed to pay more money for them to replace the damaged "new" dishwasher. DO NOT GO HERE!

      I had the best experience recently. I'm so grateful for the gentleman who sold my parents their new refrigerator because I work 12-hour nights and I just did not have the time to show them how the high-tech quality appliances work. This man by the name of ***** took the time to be so patient and kind to show my parents how it works. He did not have to do any of the teaching or help them at all but he did. They currently are teaching me how it works. So kind and knowledgeable I wouldn't go with any other company, The process was simple and this gentleman explained everything in depth. I just bought a home myself and I plan on purchasing everything from this establishment. I am grateful people in this world care about quality service and I am very pleased. Thank you, *****, and your company, I was impressed and hope to do business again soon.

      This company is a joke. Buyer beware if you decide to buy from them. I bought a $3500 ** fridge and only had it for 2 years, and we also purchased their 5-year extended warranty, thinking that if anything was to go wrong, it would be taken care of. That was not the case. I have been 2 months without a fridge, and we have 4 kids, 2 with special needs. They have not cared one bit about our circumstances and have done nothing but give us the runaround. This company is all about taking your money, then turning their back on you when problems or issues arise. I would (NEVER) recommend anybody to do business with a company like this who has such poor customer **********************.

      On 11/3/23 I bought a brand new washer and dryer machine. And they gave me a open box washing machine. That was damage still waiting for my new washing machine. I can't wash my clothes. They took the old ones now. I'm stuck with no washing machine to do my clothes.

      On 10/6/2023 I purchased a refrigerator, stove, and microwave. The delivery for the refrigerator and stove were for 10/11/2023. The sales went well and the sales people were nice and helped with everything we needed. Unfortunately, the delivery portion of the transaction turned into a nightmare. Two delivery men came to remove the old refrigerator (which I told the sales people was wedged into a tight area and thought they would relay that to the delivery/removal people). The two young men just stared at the refrigerator and one called their supervisor, who advised them not to remove it. I ended up calling someone reliable to come remove and install the new refrigerator. He pulled it out smoothly with no problem and carried it out with the help of his assistant within 10 minutes. I was told by the delivery people that I would receive a call within two hours on Friday for some other movers to come out and remove the refrigerator, and I've still received no call. I called Appliance Factory and advised them of the situation. They seemed upset and said they would get on it and get some people out to help me, but that never happened either.When the same delivery men installed the stove one of the k**** was very loose and they could not turn off the burner. They left with the burner still on and I had to call that in also. Appliance Factory stated that it was a hazard (duh) and someone would come out by the next day (haven't received a call of visit yet). I called the manufacturer and they stated that they could not come out for a week, and they would have to charge me $90 some odd dollars if THEY decided it was MY fault or the installers, Seriously! Never did anyone say, "Okay, we sold you a defective product and we will bring out a new one." The burner is still on because the k*** fell off, but they told me to just unplug it or turn the power off to that part of my kitchen. What is the point of buying appliances that you can't use???Worse store ever!
