      I have purchased a washer about 5 years ago and thought Appliance Factory was the best then and have returned to see that they still are! All of them are very knowledgeable, friendly and willing to answer your questions! They also ho above and beyond to make sure you're getting the best deal! Nobody does this any more and am so glad Appliance Factory still knows what hood business and customer ********************** is!! I highly recommend them for your Appliance or mattress needs. Thank you guys for being the best!

      Within minutes of walking in, we found a Whirlpool range that fit our needs perfectly! *** was our salesperson and he was so friendly and helpful. He got our delivery set up quickly which we really appreciated. Thanks for making a big purchase so easy and pleasant!

      Great place for washer dryer I bought an out of the box set for under $1,000. Cool sales guy clean store. I just moved to ****** and Im glad I found this place its off ******************* will be back for a bed thank you ********

      **** and his team at the ********, Ky location are consistently raising the bar for customer satisfaction. Every single employee at that location goes above and beyond expectations. The Appliance Store owns the building we (your cbd store) are located in. Our air conditioning went out last Friday about 3 hours before closing time. **** had a refrigerator loaner at our store within a half hour so that our inventory would not be lost. I am deeply grateful for his entire team taking care of us the way they did. Then the ** repairman came in on a Saturday and fixed it. We were originally told they couldn't fix until Monday or Tuesday. Im highly impressed. Thank you so much!
