    "I brought a car through this dealership a little over 3 months ago, i was told as soon as i stepped onto the lot from a sales man that even if i got a car if i dont like the way it drives i have 30 ways to return it no questions asked. I ended up getting a car and had some issues with getting it insured and the breaks were squeeking so i messged the REMOVEDcomfirming the 30 day notice and he told me in text yes i can come return it and he would get the ball rolling then told me he was going to meet with management to make sure everything is smooth sailing and get back to me, well his next time was stating that he never said there was a 30 day return policy but its litearly in the texts that he said there was and he said not to through him under the REMOVEDwell when i asked for managers number he never responded and when we went into the store he immediatly yelled from across the dealership "dont throw me under the fing REMOVED" and as we tried to show another manger the texts he was very rude and dissmissive and basically told us to leave and after a few long days they said they can only trade me into one other car or im stuck with that car and i basically had no other option but to trade out of that car." ...
