My husband and I drove 40 miles, each way, to look at and test drive a **** Ranger today at OMeara ****. My husband had been in constant contact with *****, the sales rep and she had verified via text that the truck was on the lot before we took the time to drive down there. Upon arriving, she told us that the truck had been sold over the phone. Although she had texted my husband 20 minutes prior to our arrival verifying our appt, she neglected to inform him of this information. When we got there she told us this but then followed up with, but we have other Rangers for sale! Why she didnt feel like she should let us know that the truck we wanted to see was sold is so frustrating is beyond words! What a total waste of our morning driving from ******** ******** in traffic to be scammed into arriving at the dealership to try and be sold a different vehicle. We are still waiting for them to send us a picture of the truck to prove it was even on the lot! Dont trust OMeara **** to follow through on their word!

Our apologies for the error and miscommunication, that was certainly not our intent. While it's not an excuse, to explain, the sales rep is new and didn't realize the truck had already been sold by another rep. There was no malicious intent, but we do understand your frustration. ******************* is the WORST dealership to deal with, they refuse to honor warranty work theyve done, refuse to honor **** safety recalls. I wouldnt trust these guys to wash my car. After not being able to reach an agreement I went to pick up my truck and it had multiple new scratches on it. **** in the service department is extremely shady and rude.Review from Sharon B

Unfortunately I own a 2012 **** Focus. Apparently these cars have a TCM (Transmission Control Module) issue. **** has obligated to replace this part free of charge. When I explained to the Service Advisor that my dashboard portrayed a TRANSMISSION MALFUNCTION message and Id like to tow it in for service, I was told that someone would call me back. Its been two weeks and not a call! Ive since researched this particular part issue and this is yet another **** dealership that does NOT want to deal with it!Review from Glenn H.

I called Omeara for a service quote on my car. I made an appointment for the service and they emailed me the cost of the service. When i get there, they tell me that my name is not in the system for the appointment, and my car would take 2 days even though they told me one day, and that it would cost more than the quote that they emailed me. Then proceeded to ask if it was one of the female workers who gave me the quote. They would not honor the price for the repair that they quoted me for. Bad business.
