      I went in to roll my *** and instead I was placed in a CD that caused a suffucient fine. I visited the bank to talk about what I needed and still. Was anyone really listening to what I needed? No!

      Do not ever use this company for anything but a piggy bank. Horrible customer **********************, online banking,and quick to repo after all of their mistakes

      Canvas credit union, has been constantly persisting and unwanted harassment from this company even though they received the full amount, by my insurance company after the accident. On top of everything else Canvas Credit union, even charged me extra for insurance even though I provided proof of insurance, they said we reimburse the amount but I have not received the money. I spoken to their representative that clarified the information, this company still continues to harassed me each month for 4 months they insist I have a payment issues. All the payment were made in full including the last month payment in August 2023. Which they also said was paying it forward by 1 month so in their logic I shouldnt owe any money because its been paid in full.Worst company ever to work with, and their customer ********************** is extremely unprofessional the representative would hang up on me mid conversation. Would not recommend this company to anyone who wants to use them for any type of finance.

      I got an auto loan from them, I had some family emergencies as well as my own for my health problems. I was running behind on my payments I asked for help. They took $15 and did nothing. I asked for help again and nothing. Im $80 behind and they repo your car without anyone helping you!

      They let fraud check come in and then pay them out and expect you to pay for them and a lady named *********************** lies and says she has called you back when she has not, then she says you gave the scammers your info WORST PLACE EVER if you want to save your money do not bank here

      They add late fees when you are within your grace ****** and won't remove them. I tried to call and pay in full over the phone to resolve the problem and they added the same charges the following month..again I was within the grace ******. They also added additional insurance to the loan when I received an email conformation they received my paperwork. They are charging me a $250 fee as well as $125 per month although they received my paperwork. I have spent 10 hrs on the phone with them and all I got was rude reps that will not help and I am still accruing unnecessary fees and credit reporting of over due payments when a payment has never even been 30 days late.

      Hides Terms and conditions to bill pay and transfer. Lists incorrect numbers on their website and within agreed terms. Has much lower limits than actually stated and agreed to. Absolutely lying to their customers.

      Agree with other reviews: they have very slow processes, poor technical support doing online business. I'm trying to move my money out of my account and close my dealings with them and is taking days to get my money.

      They are good at customer ********************** and low interest rates. Terrible at 21st Century technology. If their system glitches, which happens more than you want, you can not use your card or make purchases.

      I joined when it was Public Service Credit Union. I loved them. Since Canvas Credit Union took over it has been one thin after another with fraudulent charges. I'm tired of it. I'm disabled and I cannot afford to have a financial institution take my time and money this way. The people in the brick-and-mortar locations are kind enough, but they rely on people behind the computer?? . That's where the problem lies. And now they are cutting weekend phone hours so I there's a problem with banking online, you still have to wait for business hours on Monday in order to fix it. The whole point of banking online is that you DON'T have to wait for Monday
