      We purchased a 2012 **** F250 King ***** from Schomp Ford 3 months ago. The day we drove it home from ****** to ********* ** we had an extreme wabble to the vehicle which we recorded. We contacted Schomp Ford and told them they sold us an unsafe vehicle. who first stated we purchased the vehicle as is which is incorrect. We have a document stating there was a 30-day warranty. We took the vehicle into the service office and told them clearly; we believe the issue is with the front-end joints and rods that are needing to be fixed. They ignored our recommendation and first told us it was a certain type of part. Of course, this didn't work, and we returned the vehicle the same hour after picking it up due to the continued death wabble of the truck. We were then told it was over sized tires and that they wanted permission to remove the lift kit. We told them NO... Not to remove the lift kit that is not the issue. Schomp still removed the kit and just replaced the tires. We picked up the truck and of course the vehicle was still unsafe. So we took it to a shop in ************ ** which told ** the truck was unsafe and the front joints and rods needed to be replaced on the truck which was causing the "Death Wabble". To fix the vehicle it was going to cost us $2,800.00. We called Schomp Ford back and I finally talked to *********************** who apparently is the main guy we have tried to get this issue resolved and told him the fact of the case and that we expect Schomp Ford to pay this bill of $2,800.00. ****************** then stated he was going to consult his lawyer and get back to us in two days. I then told him Well you can contact your lawyer and I will do the same to confirm the laws of ** regarding this situation he then go belligerent and stated then our lawyers can talk to each other. He then said he doesn't take threats I said I am not threating you...You said you would consult your lawyer and I told you I would do the same. He then hung up the phone. We want this bill paid.
