    I currently have a license for three NCH products. Prism, Audio Registration, Photo Pad. All of these products are relatively easy to work with and produce the results I need. I am planning on looking into other software they offer. The cost of their products is very reasonable. Many Thanks ***

    I had a bunch of VHS tapes converted to DVD, well DVD is a dying technology. I don't have any digital files other than the **** Turns out NCH's Prism can convert DVD video to MP4, the latest technology. So now I can see my old videos again. I know that technically will change in the future and I know NCH will be there to help me again.

    All the NCH Software products I have tried over the years have been very good. Many have excellent free features that can be added to by purchasing an additional set of parameters and operations for the products.I am glad they exist to provide such services.

    Your program continuously crashes in the middle of me editing, and deletes hours worth of work. I paid valuable money for this product that continuously puts me at a massive disadvantage. Just this last time, I went to export in the outro to a video i was editing for 4 and a half hours, and had the program freeze upon import - resulting in me losing hours worth of work on a video I was about to upload. It doesn't help I make a revenue on this, and now am losing out on money as well. I would love a refund on the product, or a staff who cares to fix the many issues with the program. If I had known how neglected the software was before purchase, I wouldn't have ever bought it. This is such a simple fix; make it so the software can AUTO SAVE. THIS IS NOT HARD! BUT THE ***** HERE ARE LAZY!!!

Somebody from product management will also be reaching out to see if you would also like to try out the latest edition at no cost to see if it solves your issues.
