1 starFalse advertising on their products that transfer data. They imply secure transfers but I have verified that transfers are made in the clear all the while telling the user it is secure. If you don't believe me, check with Wireshark. This puts your data at risk. I reached out to customer support for a refund and have had the worst experience bar none. I've been ignored for the most part and I have the email trails to show this. I can't talk to anyone on the phone at NCH unless I pay extra for 'Platinum Support'. Do yourself a favor and stick with their free offerings, never pay NCH money because you get zero customer service after the purchase. REFUND ME NOW!!!!!

1 starYour program continuously crashes in the middle of me editing, and deletes hours worth of work. I paid valuable money for this product that continuously puts me at a massive disadvantage. Just this last time, I went to export in the outro to a video i was editing for 4 and a half hours, and had the program freeze upon import - resulting in me losing hours worth of work on a video I was about to upload. It doesn't help I make a revenue on this, and now am losing out on money as well. I would love a refund on the product, or a staff who cares to fix the many issues with the program. If I had known how neglected the software was before purchase, I wouldn't have ever bought it. This is such a simple fix; make it so the software can AUTO SAVE. THIS IS NOT HARD! BUT THE ***** HERE ARE LAZY!!!NCH Software Inc
