  So far, I own two NCH software titles. Express Scribe Pro and Switch Sound File Converter. Both work well effortlessly. Very well designed.

  NCH may be a complete scam. I purchased a product, they collected my money and promised to send a code to activate the product. They never have and the are no avenues to contact them. no phone, email nothing. i am trying to have my bank stop the transaction. i need what they said they have but now doubt the product exist.

  NCH Software sends multiple emails to any customer that purchases a product. An invoice email and a registration code email. Occasionally the emails end up in a SPAM folder but can be retrieved from that folder in the customers email client. If for some reason no email is received our support team is happy to assist through our free support link to either resend the code or provide a refund.

  1) Check SPAM.

  2) Use free support link with your email address. Support will send the code again. *****************************************

  Do NOT do business with this company. I had purchased both the VideoPad and WavePad programs as a bundle. I went to update the product version, you know, to make sure that I was using the most recent version. Once it updated, it stated that I had to PAY $80 for the update after it was complete with the update!!!! SERIOUS??? In what existence do you get changed to maintain the most recent version of a program? There were some issues with the program that caused me to update the version and then to get CHARGED for the update????? OMG. Go with a different program or company that wont take advantage of you.

  All my music that that I acquired over the years which I digitized with ************* Player I.E. WMA Format will not play on smart phones ONLY PLAY MP3 FORMAT. I was beyond frustrated at this nonsense given other music player providers and third party apps software that imposes their tracking or snooping software having to know what music I have.I discovered NCH doing a search, I downloaded the free version to test if the software would convert my WMA files to MP3 format and play on my phones music player. MY angry and frustration melted away as my phone music player played the convert music files and sounded perfect. I purchased Switch Sound File Converted given the cost was well worth the investment to save and preserve original files and convert them.I would recommend NCH Switch Sound File Converted to anyone that needs to convert music files to play, listen and enjoy their music without having to repurchase their music in MP3 format. The cost of the software would far outweigh what you spend to repurchase music you already payed for IMHO.

  Installed NCH multitrack *** for 66 dollars on a new windows laptop. Number 1 problem...they sell the software WITHOUT a driver called ****4all. Without the file you can't hear anything, you cannot hear what you are recording. They do not tell you there's a missing file, after going in circles for a couple hours, it indicated it needs the driver. Emailed them a couple of times, didn't hear back, I was admittedly rude and angry and frustrated. So I go to ****4all site and the site is set up to trick you into downloading a web browser, or some other program, it took 4 trips to the site to avoid being duped and finally found the file. Installed it in my ***, didn't work, same thing, Zero sound through headphones or anything, while trying different configurations of settings, the *** would freeze...researched everything possible, tried for a week to get it working...nope. Why does NCH manufacture the recording software without the **** file? Wouldn't matter, there was too many bugs and ****4all website is a separate site, NCH is not responsible for this site, but you must go there for the driver, and beware, that site tries to deceive you into downloading the wrong files.
