      The entire process was extremely smooth and friendly. We are grateful for the their ability to provide fast and quality service, given we had no heat for 2 days. They were very professional and explained all services well. Thank you for making this stressful situation smooth and easy. And thanks for the loan of heaters to keep us warm.

      Shiloh and her partner was amazing. Would recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing done. My pipes frozen and broke right before Christmas and I am glad Allen's was the one to come out. Thanks!! I will use for all my plumbing needs!!

      Shane came today and inspected my furnace. Changed the filter and did routine servicing. He was very professional and didn't try to sell me things that I don't need as other heating contractors have done. He spent a lot of time inspecting and cleanng the furnace and took time to explain to me what he did. He's an asset to the company.

      Terra did a fantastic job meeting the emergency with confidence and skill.
      She managed to install 2 hot water heaters in just 5 hours making sure all things worked again. I highly recommend Allen plumbing and heating and especially Terra. Same day service !

      Jessie from Allen Plumbing came to our home to talk about drain cleaning. After a quick inspection, he informed us we only needed a minor treatment and said the other options were expensive and not needed. We appreciate a tech that is polite, professional, open, and honest. Jessie was all of these.

      We had a water heater fail on a weekend. :( Shiloh was a Professional and knowledgeable technician and talked me through the various replacement options. The work was completed in a timely manner ( on a Saturday). One thing they are not is cheap, but I would rather have it done right once than pay again later for sloppy work.
