      We had a new furnace installed yesterday to replace our original furnace that came with the house in 2004. We are very happy with everything, the inspection, the sales and installation.
      We changed our order in the last minute to replace the furnace only (no air-conditioning) and
      no pressure was applied! So, we are very happy with all the people we worked with from Allen Services; Mark, Chris, Cody and all the others who were associated with the work!

      Allen Service sent Kalob in response to my no heat emergency call this past weekend. He arrived within 2 hours of my call and did a thorough and very professional job. I am new in this community and not a previous client, so I was doubly grateful for the service provided.

      Jim from Allen Service came to our house yesterday 11 3o 22 to perform a routine maintenance check on our furnace. Shortly after checking our furnace he told us that there was a carbon monoxide leak, our furnace was rusty and we needed a new furnace very soon as this furnace was dangerous. He even said he should red tag it for our own safety. After his inspection hey put us in contact with a sales person to schedule an appointment to purchase a furnace. The brand he recommended turned out to be and extremely inferior furnace. (We researched it).. After he left we called another heating company for a second opinion this professional told us our furnace was fine and it should last us at least another 10 years! There was no carbon monoxide problem or any problem whatsoever. We will never use Allen Service again and think they should not try to scam people. We are a retired couple on a fixed income and if they'll do that to us they will do it to anyone. So thankful we got a second opinion. Do with this information what you should.       Allen arrived on time, gave good tips for maintaining our HVAC system and didn't try to upset us. He gave me a long term plan that may require a new system, but no pressure to do it today. Also appreciate that Allen Services contact us when we're due for an annual review of any of our systems (water lines, electric, etc.)

      We had a new water heater installed. Excellent job by Shiloh !!!!
      We are very pleased with the service.
      We called in the morning when noticed that we had no hot water
      in our 18-year old original water heater. By 3pm Shiloh installed brand a new one,
      same size and brand heater. Perfect job! We are very happy! Thank you Shiloh!
