      I have always been treated fairly by Allen plumbing business. The technician l had today. Was very helpful and even fixed my faucet when that was not what he was originally there to do.. I highly recommend them. I’ve been using them for many years.

      When we needed a new water heater to replace one that had just started to leak, Allen Service answered our call the same day. They sent Andrew K********* who did an excellent job of removing and replacing our old water heater in record time. Andrew completed the task which included the installation of an expansion tank. He accomplished all the work in a very professional manner and advised my wife and me of anything that required changing prior to doing the work. He was careful to clean up after the work was completed leaving no mess behind. Also, Andrew provided us with information on Allen Service's Healthy Home Plan to which we intend to subscribe as it covers all home equipment for a very reasonable price. All in all, we're very satisfied with this new installation.

      Allen Service has been amazing every time I’ve called them to repair or install anything in our home, which has been several times as it's a bit of a fixer upper. Jacob did an awesome job today fixing a toilet that had been incorrectly installed (Not by Allen Service) causing flushing issues and damage to the wax seal almost leading to a leak. He did an excellent job documenting the issue and showing me what the problem was. He was able to fully fix the issue in a short amount of time.
      I would highly recommend Allen Service to anyone with a plumbing, heating, AC, or electrical issue in the Fort Collins Area.

      Shiloh is well trained and knew what to do in fixing an under sink leak. She explained everything thoroughly and was very pleasant.
      Allen plumbing is exceptional and always comes through for us. I recommend the yearly healthy home plan to get discounts and extra help on things related.
