5 starsBen and Ransom, the technicians, are great young men, friendly, efficient, and willing to spend the time needed to talk the customer through the entire project. Allen's was reasonable for installing the electrical needs for hooking up an EV car charger, and their 3 years-no interest financing availability sealed the deal for us.
A few tricky spots in the installation (the line had to be "fished" from the panel on the back of our house, through the basement, across a small hallway, and into the garage) made the job tougher than most, I was told, but the fellows worked hard and figured out a way to get all that done without having to drill any holes through drywall inside the house. That saves me from having to repatch and repaint those areas. Great work.
Ben and Ransom cleaned up everywhere they had worked, and, despite having to run to the local home improvement store twice to get small pieces of equipment to finish the job, were in and out in around 7 hours (and that includes their lunch break).
All in all, I am very happy that I went with Allen Service. I will use them again for electric, plumbing, HVAC issues in the future.

Hope this review and complain will catch by Fort Collins Business Bureau, all landlords, resident and tenants.
I am submitting then will do next Fort Collins Business Bureau. The Allen service did panic my tenant and me the landlord without my/landlord authorization stopped the heating Service at the property. which I had to bring another service who Ray '******* **** ******* authorized by my home warranty service and Ray found that its false alarmed which Allen service technician Mark did to stop the heating at the property. So did turn on back the service and tenants are living with heating.
I am rating below this Allen Service very wrong way doing business and sucking customer hard working money like they did to me as landlord of **** ***** ***** **** Windsor Colorado property. The customer service concerns Jessica and Danielle not even any work customer service ethics to get back to me.
I gave them 1 of 10 rating as the Allen service boobies me, charged very wrong money and provided just horrible customer service, management and more to tell like bellows:

I called Allen service and left msg to Danielle who I called and spoke 4 hr back. I bought another heating and plumbing service and resolved the issue . There was no crack diagnosed and no safety concerns - I am waiting for the service report and then I will take as needed to business bureau and any legal matter as Allen service did wrong service scheduled with (their own process ) with tenant without notifying the landlord and never call for updates.
This service even stole my money with wrong charge $3400 for water heater installed last year; i trusted them as I did not have to time as I left U.S next day

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. After we received your authorization to schedule with your tenant our lack of dispatch communication to you is unacceptable and for this, we apologize.
After our Service Professional did a full visual inspection and found your heat exchanger failed he attempted to reach you by phone. He then waited 20 minutes for a call back then informed your tenants that he needed to tag the furnace and asked them to contact you for details.
The AGA (******** *** ***********) states that if there is a crack in the heat exchanger (which they define as “a separation of 2 materials” then the gas supply line needs to be shut off, and the furnace red-tagged to prevent future operation until the issue is repaired. It’s important you understand there’s a good reason behind your rental's furnace being tagged, and taken out of commission. Choosing to ignore the warning could yield consequences.

5 starsWe had a home inspection done and a small gas leak was detected in the furnace. ***** * **** told us it was the flex connector. We called Allen Service and they were able to be at the house within an hour of the call. They made the repair and turned the heat back on!

5 starsNando was amazingly professional on time and made sure my house was treated well. Nando went above and beyond one of my huskies tried to escape and he stopped them from bolting out the door. Nando was called to my house for a leak in my washing machine lines. I hope you never need Nando for emergency services but if you do he is who you want to come to your home.
