    **** ******* came out to our house to inspect our hot water heater that went out. He gave us plenty of options and when we chose what we wanted he said he could do the work today. He was professional, curtious and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend.

    Dont discuss pricing while booking appointment and dont tell you they charge you for a diagnostic and travel fee till they arrive. If you dont go through with appointment.

    Hello *******, I reviewed the call and the *** did inform of our $119 diagnostic and dispatch fee. We are upfront pricing because our CSRs are not technicians and can not diagnose issues over the phone. It is the same with a doctors appointment. There is a copay and they will not give pricing over the phone for testing you may need as each person is different. Just like every home is different.

    DO NOT USE FOR REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS. My appointment was abruptly cancelled at the end of the service appointment time window when the service was to be performed. They seemed very dis-interested in assisting with rescheduling --- saying earliest appointment was 2.5 weeks out, which is unrealistic for a real estate transaction. They left all involved in this transaction, including my client in a lurch. Further, when I tried to escalate in hope a manager was able to accommodate sooner scheduling, they refused to allow me to speak with a service manager.

    We absolutely understand how frustrating this experience was. We try our best to accommodate everyone on our schedule and unfortunately we were unable to on this day. We do prioritize our members first, then emergency situations, then requests for unit certification. A manager was unable to accommodate sooner scheduling because we simply did not have the bandwidth on that day.

    This is just another sales model for total replacement systems at excessively inflated prices, with pressure to make a decision quickly. At the end of the pitch, they offer "builder grade" products at a 15% discount, but only if you sign up for a $30-a-month service to maintain the system. I was also told that "the only reason people get three quotes is that they are unhappy with the service or pricing." I had already mentioned to the technician that he was outstanding. It would be unwise not to obtain three quotes when you're considering a price that exceeds the cost of a new car. For that kind of money, you could purchase a window unit and do a little research to potentially save about $22,000.

    Actually I will give 5 stars for the work done to clean up and put new PVC for our kitchen sink. I fault my self for not questioning the $685.00 estimate on materials and labor. The Plumber was out one day and didnt have the parts so I was quoted the price which I felt was high but we were without a working sink. He said they would not charge for this initial trip. At 2:45 the next day he arrived with the correct PVC and had the job complete by 4:15. I assumed the charge would be less but no, the bill was written up for $685. I estimated the new PVC to be $75 at most which meant I was paying $400 / hour. Even if I threw in the 1 hour he spent the first day (that I wasnt getting charged for) it still came to $280 per hour. I called Lions and they would not give me an itemize invoice. I was told someone would contact me and that was 5 days ago! **** ********

    Hello ****, our apologies that follow up request did not make it to the main office. Our pricing is not parts/labor it is per the project. We don't provide itemized invoices because our system is not set up that way. We are glad to hear the work went well & we do apologize again the plumber did not spend more time going over this pricing with you.
