      Website and scheduling was easy, reminders/verification of my appointment were timely, tech texted about his arrival, arrived on time, friendly and professional. I appreciate the good experience.

      I would use this company again if I needed to. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable about all the items that needed installed and was a very good teacher. He showed me how to use all the items and also wore shoe covers.

      Absolutely fantastic service from ***** with OnTech here in ************, **, from start to finish. I am a brand new homeowner and ***** was extremely knowledgeable, personable, professional, thoughtful, and kind. He answered all my questions patiently and in ways I could understand and I felt extremely confident in using my Simplisafe system after he left. He even wore shoe protection so he wouldnt scuff up my floors! He was very fast as well. Also offered his expertise when I asked for it. To sum it up, at the end of the service, i felt like I had made a new friend in addition to being treated as a customer, which is a rare feeling in business. Again, I am extremely satisfied and would recommend ***** all day every day to help with OnTech services!
