    I stayed at REMOVED/ REMOVED(REMOVED) from 12/15/2025. At check-in, I was not given a parking permit or asked to sign any parking paperwork. On 12/18/2025, I discovered my 2016 Dodge Challenger was towed by Ameri Towing (REMOVED, REMOVED) for allegedly not having a parking permit.I immediately contacted the hotel manager, who investigated and confirmed no permit was issued and the tow was the hotels error. The manager rescinded authorization and contacted Ameri Towing multiple times requesting release. Despite this, Ameri Towing refused to release my vehicle, falsely claimed there was a repossession hold (my lender confirmed this was false), and repeatedly failed to answer calls or show at agreed pickup times.From 12/1812/24, I made numerous attempts to retrieve my vehicle, including contacting the hotel and the tow company directly. On 12/23 and 12/24, calls and texts went unanswered, forcing my hotel to intervene. Additionally, my Turo rental car was towed under similar REMOVEDa result, I incurred significant damages:Uber rides Rental car costs Extra dog boarding fees Missed work Missed medical appointment Food and groceries Loss of vehicle use and extreme emotional distress REMOVEDadmitted fault, and Ameri Towing continues to wrongfully hold vehicles and demand payment. I am seeking release of my vehicles, reimbursement for all incurred costs, and acknowledgment of their improper actions.
