1 starPerhaps the sleaziest method of charging I have come across in last several years. Numerous credits of failed delivery (60 in last year) "washed away," by the SPECIAL EDITIONS I never requested. Apparently when you renew you must call them to request this $5.95 extra be removed. It is documented in their t&c's - I'm sure ************** strategically put that in small text.Goodbye Denver Post - guessing you'll be bankrupt sooner than later the way you're likely losing customers.Review fromRose C

1 starHorrible, Horrible Horrible. They send out a flier in the mail letting you know you are getting a Special 5 Week Sample but IF you read the fine print, you have been given a subscription that you have to pay for unless you call within the five weeks and cancel. And if you don't call and cancel - you have to pay for a subscription you didn't ask for... UNBELIEVABLE!! They are basically shoving a subscription down your throat!! This can't be legal!!! How can they get away with this? Also, you get multiple fliers. I cancelled a month ago, got another flier, thought I had cancelled but a paper showed up Sunday. So it seems you have to cancel every time you get a flier. How do I get my address off their list?? What a HORRIBLE company. Even if I wanted a newspaper, Just because of this I will never read the Denver Post again.

This is not how our five week Sunday Sample Program works. You get the paper "free" for five weeks. We also make an offer for you to subscribe at a very low introductory rate. There is a phone number to call and cancel the samples. We can also flag your address for no further samples. The sample will be stopped this Sunday 10/23/22.
