    HORRIBLE!! I signed up and never received one paper, was charged for 2 months even though I was told it was cancelled. I got the run around with customer service and they spoke very rude to me on the phone. I am still trying to get my 2mo refunded. This is ridiculous! Not one single paper i received and was charged ***** and zero help!!!

    If I could leave less than 1 star I would. DO NOT TAKE A SUBSCRIPTION EVER. The paper is no longer worth it. Their customer service is a joke. They have a no refund policy. Noone there cares at all.

    The Denver Post failed ALL their deliveries except for the first one. I've had this subscription since JUNE. It is now FEBRUARY. They failed for over 9 months! No refund at all. Representatives from the Denver Post had no sympathy, reasonings behind this awful service, or ability to make it this right. Do NOT let this happen to you. What an embarrassment to ********.

    For the past 8 to 9 months delivery of the Denver Post has been haphazourd, but usually the paper was delivered the next day along with the current day. But in the last month, typically I and our fellow subscribers in the neighborhood are getting the newspaper delivered about twice a week. No amount of complaining has remedied the situation and we are angry. They say they will credit the account but there is no real way of determining that is being done. This review will probably be "water off a duck's back" as we see there are lots of similar complaints to BBB. Nevertheless we want to register our displeasure before we give up entirely!************************* and *********************

    The Denver Post failed to deliver not even one paper after I had subscribed for a month. I called in to The Denver Post three times to report that the deliveries never happened, and I requested a full refund and deletion of my account. The representative I spoke with pressed me four times to reconsider after I said FOUR TIMES that I would NOT reconsider. He then told me The Denver Post could not issue a refund. I asked him to escalate this issue to a supervisor. He did and he said he would process the deletion of my account, terminate the subscription, and refund the money. How in the world can The Denver Post tell a customer they cannot process a refund for a service they did not provide?! This is nothing but simple fraud! A huge waste of my time and energy.

    I received a card in mail telling me they are going to deliver free 5 week Sunday paper. I immediately called them to tell them I dont want it at all. They stated they would flag my address for no delivery. This was 2 weeks ago and guess what started being delivered today! Along with another card stating it was starting for 5 weeks. What do I have to do to get them to stop delivering this stupid tree killing outdated newspaper!

    The Denver Post is running a scam. We have not received a paper in over a week. We paid for a 6 month subscription and the Post is not honoring that subscription. Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced in dealing with a business. The only recourse we have is to go to small claims court. They always tell you they will bring out a paper and they never do. Also, they always say they are going to give you a credit which of course they never do.

    I paid for a Wednesday and Sunday subscription on 10/23/2022 but have never received even one paper despite calling and reporting this every time. Now they are refusing to refund my money. I waited weeks for just 1 paper.

    I used to enjoy the digital edition that was included with my paid paper subscription. Recently the Denver Post changed the format so there's no way to turn off advertisements that appear and change continuously on both sides of the content. Being subject to them is intrusive and distracting and makes the reading experience much less enjoyable.

    I called the denver post for the 2nd time in 3 days today to report my father had not received a paper for 6 days. Today I talked to " ****, a supervisor ". I asked for a refund since he just paid his subscription of $500+ for a year, less than a month ago. He told me they have a non- refundable policy. REALLY? So he just paid alot of money for a couple weeks of papers? They will issue a redelivery for today's paper, we live approximately 100 miles from them. The guy I talked to on weds told me the same thing, nope no paper then either!
