On 08/18/25, I apply for online job on Product Report Card ************************************************** where I can take surveys, test products, and get paid for it. I successfully filed out all the questionnaires in my account. I took a surveys for $5.00. I completed the survey and I did receive payment of $5.00, but I cant cash out, until I make $25.00 not a problem with me. I logged out my account. Several hours later, I login my account to check for any work and I couldnt login my account. I try several times no luck. I click forgot my password but I never received a link to reset my password. I try that several times and still did not work. Im getting very upset, because I cant no longer get in my account. I contact ********************** Report Card support and they not email me back, until 4 hours later. They said, Hi, your account has been deleted. Best Regards. They never explain to me why was my account closed. Also, I never did anything in my account to get it closed. I answer my survey with my true honesty like them told me. I feel like, Im being abused and mistreated for no reason. All I was doing was trying to make extra money for myself to survive every month, then found out Product Report Card support closed my account for no reason. Thats enough to upset anybody. Two days after this incident, Product Report Card sent me an email to verify my email address, but they alter my email address.Business Response

Comments from this member to our staff included: "You heartless little piece of *****." and "I dont need to be working with crooks, so you can take this Product Report Card s*** and shove it up your *****. I was angry, because they closed my account for no reason. If they havent closed my account, I wont be calling them names.
Im glad they choose not to work with them again. I dont want to work with them either. I dont deal with companies who closed peoples accounts after they successfully completed a survey for them. Probably, they did that to avoid playing me and make me look a bad person, which Im not a bad person.

I am filing this complaint against ProductReportCard. I joined their site to complete surveys and was frequently disqualified after spending significant time on the bulk of a survey, being told either that the survey was full or that my profile did not meet requirements.Additionally, the company explicitly promised me a $5 reward if I completed all of my profile sections. I followed their instructions, but they never issued the $5 as promised.Due to these repeated issues, I requested that my account be deleted and that my personal data be removed from their system. Despite my clear request, the company has not deleted my account and has failed to provide any confirmation.I believe this is misleading and unfair treatment of consumers. Very unprofessional. No explanation. No apology. No answer for why a person takes the bulk of a survey and is then told the survey is closed or they've been screened out.

Hello. My name is ***** ******** and I have been a member of ************************************** for at least 6 months. I enjoy the product testing and documentation more than surveys , but I try it all. As of two days ago I had $29.95. I know because I was thinking of cashing out and just quitting it forever. I was tired of filling the entire surgery to be told at end I didnt qualify so no reimbursement. Recently I had filled out out a survey that said I qualify for a drink Diary that would last seven days and could get reimbursed up to fifteen dollars , but then when I went to follow up it just has 0.00 beside it and wouldnt let me follow up. So to my point as of today when I looked at my balance instead of my $29.95 there is a balance of $21.05. I looked at it and cannot figure out where my money went. Why was my money taken? Believe you me. I worked hard for that, filling out surveys getting either 0.00 cents or 0.10 cents along the way. Please give me my money back so I can cash out forever. On 1/19/25 I informed Product Report Card, that I intended to redeem some of my earned points as gifts.On 1/20/25 after being unable to figure out how to do so, I contacted Product Report Card again, stating: I would like to redeem 2 $ ***** gift cards; how do I do that?Product Report Card failed to respond frustrating the process and causing delays.On 1/23/25 I contacted Product Report Card again. I asked,: Is there no way to choose my reward amount?On 1/28/25 I was forced to redeem my entire earned rewards points of $ ******; which I did Not want to do.Their website stated, that it would be in in increments of $ ***** and $ *****.Afterwards, I received an email stating: Your ProductReportCard payment request has been approved. You will receive an email with an Amazon gift code in the amount of $******That was not what their website had stated.On 1/28/25 I replied: That is NOT what I consented to.Your website specifically stated that it would be in increments of $ ***** and $ *****.On 1/28//25 Product Report Card replied: You can redeem if your balance is over $*****. You receive one gift code for your entire balance when you redeem.But that was not what their website had ********* took me a long time to earn that, I in the form that it is in its unusable to me. I redeemed for a $25 Amazon gift card from ProductReportCard on June 3rd, 2024. It was supposedly processed June 7th, 2024. I have yet to receive the gift card code. Please send at once and give me my gift code. This business has a few employees that are extremely rude and unprofessional. ********************* in particular has given me false information and also cant answer questions- ignores emails - then says youre harassing when I just wanted some things cleared up. They deactivated all my accounts - AskMom, Business Decision Makers, ProductReportCard and Clearvoice Surveys which is unacceptable because Ive done nothing wrong. **** at PRC isnt much better. I created my since before October 17, 2020. I don't know the exact date since I deleted the email but the earliest mail from Product Report Card is from October 17, 2020. Due to dealing with real life issues, I haven't been on the site for a while. I'm not sure when was the last time, but I did cash out payment on July 14, 2022. I recently tried to log into my account again to check if I have money left over to cash out, and it said my account is not activated, which makes no sense since I have been doing surveys since at least 2020. Looking through my emails, I didn't find any emails from Product Report Card informing me that my account was being deactivated or anything. When I contacted support, they said I had to provide personal identification such as a driver's license, official tax document, or a paystub. Again, this makes no sense since I didn't have to provide ANY of that when I initially created the account so how would providing very personal information connect me to my account? This seems very scammy in their way of trying to obtain personal documents from me. I confirmed with customer support that my account still has a balance of $31.20. I would like to be able to cash out the entire $31.20 WITHOUT having to providing any personal documents since 1) I didn't have to do so when I created the account and 2) I have been using this account since at least 2020, so it's suspicious that I'm suddenly not able to log in. I would also like to have my account closed and all personal information stored deleted. I am a ********** resident.Business Response
