    Purchased file cabinet in November. Product was missing pieces for assembly. Have contacted company on 4 instances and still do not have part. Told most recently I had to wait until after ******* new year.

    We made a purchase for a desk from Tribesigns on November 6th 2022. We were charged $192.00 on November 7th 2022.The desk was delivered on November 16th 2022. When we received the desk, we attempted to put the desk together. While putting the desk together we noticed the metal framing was not made correctly causing desk to not assemble.We contacted Tribesigns multiple times by phone and email and asked for a refund. Tribesigns ask us to send photos and videos of the desk and they would help us with the return and refund. Tribesigns then said they would ship us the parts and we said we did not want the parts we just just wanted our refund. We started our conversations about the refund on November 22nd and now Tribesigns will not respond at all and it is now December 30th and still no one from Tribesigns has contacted us about the refund.We have done everything on our end to get our refund and they are just avoiding us. We just want to get our money back and move on.We have done everything that Tribesigns has asked us to do. Their website says money-back guaranteed in 30 days if you are not satisfied with our product.At this point I don't know what else to do.Please help me resolve this issue and have my refund returned to me.Thank you ***************************

    My husband and I bought a Tribesign bedtime table on Amazon.com. on December 23rd. The order number is #***-4173285-4708227. Upon receipt of the table, yesterday, we noticed that the tabletop part had a 2 inches long scratch that was very poorly covered by white paint. Very bad quality control. I contacted them, yesterday, to ask for a replacement part #**. I sent a total of 3 messages, every time with pictures and all information they were asking. Never get an answer except yo accept the table as is and offer a meager **% refund. I want either a replacement part #** or full refund.

    I purchased a wine rack from them on 10/13 and received the product on 10/18. When assembling this product, the plastic anchors broke, and I contacted the company immediately. This issue has been going on since then. Back and forth emails with them asking for pictures (which I sent) and a video of the issue (I do not have a video). All I want is my $128.99 refunded to my credit card for defective product. They stated it will take 3-4 weeks for a return label and when they receive my product they will only give me $30. They are trying to get me to keep the product and they would send replacement parts (which by the way are plastic and they break). I do not want this product and I have already filed with my credit card company a dispute.
