    Bought a desk from them through ******. The drawers were cheap and flimsy and the desk had 2 major defective parts. Decided to return for a refund and the return process was an absolute headache. They literally asked me to send the desk back to a Sushi resturant in ********** and pay the $200 for shipping myself. They did eventually issue a refund after 12+ emails without a return, but now I have this c*** desk, I'll just throw it out. Will never buy from them again.

    Purchased a pair of nightstands through their website.... Only one of them arrived, and I received an email saying that my order had been delivered. I called and they told me the second one was shipped with a different tracking number, and after tracking it I saw that the second one was all the way in ** instead of CA. Instead of correcting the problem, and maybe sending another one while they figure out their mistake, they blamed ***** and told me I need to call ***** directly, even though they are the ones who contracted with *****, and they asked me to wait "some days" for it to arrive.Very frustrating to deal with their ***************** Not only their English is bad, but on top of that they just DON'T CARE. I have asked multiple times to cancel my order, refund my money, and arrange for pick up of the one piece I received and they refuse to cancel it or give me a refund. Also, the quality of the one piece I did receive is really cheap. Looks nice, but lacks quality.I wish I had ordered through Target or Amazon.... because I'm pretty sure they have better customer service and I would've had my money back already.

    Tribesigns has a terrible customer service. I ordered three closet racks. One was delivered and after it was delivered I was told the other 2 were back ordered and it would take three months to get them. I couldn't wait at long, so I wanted to return all 3. I was told to sell the delivered one to a neighbor.I complained many times on the phone, online and in emails and requested a full refund. After begging to end this problem fairly-I was offered a refund for one the two that were backordered and 20% discount for the one that was delivered. Then I was told again to sell it.Then they offered a 40% discount for me to "keep" the delivered rack and before I had a chance to counter the offer-they sent the 40% refund-which I never agreed to.Then it took several days to get the funds to my bank-AND the items on 3 month back order are STILL listed as available on their site-what a mess-never again!

    This seller is horror personified.The merchandise lacked instructions for installation. I wanted to return them. Tribesigns sabotaged requests for weeks under flimsy pretexts, then told Amazon that he wanted to take them back, which is simply a lie.

    It appears this company is being ran out of someone's garage with no business experience whatsoever. I was shopping on their website but did not complete the purchase. Two days later I was sent a 30% off coupon off of an item, therefore went back to make the purchase on the last day of the coupons expiration date, when I input the 30% code it was coming up 15% off, I called customer service and let them know what was happening, I was told they are having some issues with their codes and instructed to take a picture of my pending order and the coupon and email it to their customer service which I did immediately. I received a response the next day that the coupon had expired yesterday, at which time I recapped the entire issue yet again to be told they don't have any 30% off coupons currently but they could offer me 20%, I obviously refused this and demanded I get the 30%, I was then told they cannot do that because they would lose money. I could copy and paste all of the back and forth and show it here, absolutely insane.!

    This company is the absolute worst online vendor I've ever dealt with. On their website they guarantee worry-free returns. It's an outright lie! There's no such thing as a supervisor, there's no senior management to speak with about specific issues. When you speak with a human they resolve nothing other than to direct you to email them. If you say their product is not made properly, is poor quality or difficult to put together, they'll tell you they'll refund you $20-100, however, they will NOT send you a return slip to return the items no matter what you say. They're cheaply made products, the company is in ***** so they're not available during regular business hours. They can't communicate in English properly or will pretend they don't fully understand. I cannot emphasize enough how critical it is that buyers avoid them at all cost.

    We ordered a console table, corner bookshelf and 2 end tables from this company. We found them through Amazon, but then ordered directly through their site. Everything looked good in the pictures, but we made sure to check on the return policy before ordering. The website states that they accept returns and will pay for shipping if returned due to quality issues. All of these pieces were of poor quality, with the holes in the wood not aligning with the holes in the metal. The tops of the end tables didn't line up with the metal legs. It was all a disaster. We took pictures and asked for a refund. We went back and forth with the company at least 5 times, asking for a refund and return shipping. They offered us a $20 discount/item and the last offer was $100 off total. At first, they wouldn't even provide the return address, but then they did and refused to provide return shipping. If we shipped these items back, we would be out as much money as we paid for them. We have reported them to our credit card company and are hoping they will take care of it from here. DO NOT RECOMMEND! HORRIBLE COMPANY! Not sure how they sell on so many sites- DO NOT TRUST.

    Purchased a plant stand on 7/4/22 on lowes.com. During assembly, 1 piece broke, rendering the entire item unusable until the piece was replaced. Emailed manufacturer for a replacement. Manufacturer sent the correct shape part, but the incorrect size. Plant stand still unusable. Manufacturer then suggested that I get the incorrectly sized piece "can we recommend you fix the ***** on you local shop please." I even asked about fixing the piece at the hardware store, staff said it could not be done. I then requested a replacement item altogether from the manufacturer. Manufacturer agreed to this request. Manufacturer then failed to ship the replacement item. When pressed for a tracking number and more details, manufacturer stalled by claiming the item was out of stock. After several more weeks, manufacturer provided a tracking number. However, upon cross-checking with ****** manufacturer's shipping provider, a shipping label had been created, but no items were shipped. It is clear that TribeSigns has no intention to replace the item as originally agreed upon. I have tried to file for a refund with lowes.com, but they refused to ***** one given that I was outside the 90-day return window. (****** also deleted my online review of the item.) I also tried to file a dispute charge with my credit card company, but they also claimed "timeframe has expired for this particular charge." I understand that I am outside of the credit card and lowes.com return window. However, that is because correspondence with the manufacturer has taken place between July 2022 to January 2023, slowing down the entire process.Now, I am out of options and my $188.57. I have filed a complaint with my state's Consumer ************************ and here on BBB. I wish I had looked up this company before purchasing and item from them. ****** should be shamed for stocking their products, too. (And any other third-party merchant.) The amount of hours I have wasted on this stupid thing...infuriating.

    I ordered a desk from them and it arrived damaged. **************** told me to put a sticker on it. I have asked to return it but they wouldn't send return label. **************** hasn't responded to my last 3 emails. This has been going on since April 8th. Their phone number is being answered by some scammers. When you ask to speak to someone at Tribesigns they hang up on you.
