      Poppins Payroll is one of the best services I have ever used. Since day one it's been worry free and they took care of everything I needed for my nanny's payroll. What I love about the service is that "it just works" and it gives you peace of mind. Once it's setup, you have one less thing to worry about. What is more, when I needed help (for when switching between nannies), customer service answered ALL my questions in a single day. That is agile, that is accountable, and that's what we need in these modern times. **************** did a fantastic work answering all my questions and guiding me kindly through the process. I have used Poppins Payroll twice and I will keep recommending all my friends to use this service. THANK YOU!

      Poppins is reliable, accurate and user friendly. Couldn't be easier to use and I trust them completely. Easy to input data, taxes are filed accurately and documentation is uploaded efficiently. Customer service is honestly exceptional. I've only contacted them a couple of times but they're so friendly, happy to help, and knowledgeable about their service so resolution is fast. Monthly fee is competitive and fair. Would highly recommend.

      Poppins has fantastic and prompt service. They are perfect for any household that has a nanny and wants to easily run payroll, get tax forms prepared, and files all your quarterly and other taxes for you and on time. No other way to put it - They are great, easy to use, and will answer any questions you have along the way.

      Absolutely trustworthy team of people who are always available to help with your payroll. I just had one household employee but the State managed to regularly misapply or send me notices of payment when there was no actual balance due. Poppins team always immediately responded to assure me the payments were not due and sat on the phone for who knows how long with the state to confirm everything was fine. They also know that the payroll need can end at any time so they have reasonable flat fees to cover you through the next tax year.

      I would highly recommend Poppins to any household that values running nanny payroll properly! The platform has all the necessary features and is straightforward to use. **************** is responsive and friendly. Especially recommend for first time household employers who are intimidated by payroll processing.

      Their customer service is second to none. They are quick to help with any and all questions I had. I had used another nanny payroll service that didn't do everything I thought it would from a tax perspective. Poppins was able to pick up the pieces retroactively and set me up for success in the future. The website's UI has some shortfalls but once you learn those it is a very easy to use service.

      We have used this payroll service for payment of our part-time nannies over the last 4 years. The website is very easy to navigate, the info given is comprehensive and customer support has always been great. We have never even considered using a different service.
