      I used Poppins Payroll for two years for our nanny. They have an awesome product and exceptional customer service. They offer all the ******************** services you need for a household employee without paying a premium for extra bells and whistles that you don't need. The only reason I stopped using Poppins is because they don't offer service in ******, but their customer service team even recommended some other services to consider. Highly recommend!!

      After my CPA, of whom I had been a customer of for a while, overcharged and under-performed repeatedly on helping me set up nanny taxes, I was thrilled to be referred to Poppins. They made the process easy and completely stress free for a FRACTION of the price. The customer service gets you a live person quickly and they have state-specific experts you can actually talk to on-hand quickly! Their online portal is easy to use. Wonderful experience!

      Great service. We used it for a whole year and everything was so easy and seamless from setting up the account to paying our nanny and even canceling it at the end of year. Their customer service is very responsive and helped us prepare documents for our *** and answered our questions about taxes. We will definitely come back to Poppins if we ever hire a nanny again.

      I used Poppins Payroll for our summer nanny and highly recommend the service. It was easy to set up, transparent on pricing, and the customer service was helpful to help me determine the lowest cost to me way to receive my annual filings. This is my second year using it. There were no mistakes and everything was on time!

      I used Poppins Payroll for while we had our nanny for the last ~2.5 years. They were fantastic to work with, took care of all the taxes/filing, handled direct deposit, and were generally very helpful & responsive if I ever needed help (which, because the service is intuitive was almost never). Our twins are now heading off to pre-school, and I honestly might miss Popping Payroll more than our nanny.

      We used Poppins Payroll to pay our nanny. It was well worth the monthly fee. Our payroll was always taken care of and our state and federal tax filings were simple and easy to process. Anytime I had a question I either got a quick email response or a quick email response. They went above and beyond to help me estimate what my yearly taxes owed might be when looking at moving to full time nanny. This is a great company to work with! We highly recommend them!

      Poppins Payroll is one of the best services I have ever used. Since day one it's been worry free and they took care of everything I needed for my nanny's payroll. What I love about the service is that "it just works" and it gives you peace of mind. Once it's setup, you have one less thing to worry about. What is more, when I needed help (for when switching between nannies), customer service answered ALL my questions in a single day. That is agile, that is accountable, and that's what we need in these modern times. **************** did a fantastic work answering all my questions and guiding me kindly through the process.
