  Poppins has the best customer support I have ever experienced from a service company.Their emails are prompt, informative, and always pleasant. I highly recommend anyone hiring an in-home nanny to use this service.

  Poppins delivers a completely seamless experience! I was nervous about taxes and dealing with a household employee on the payroll, but everyone at Poppins put me at ease. And their actual payroll system and website functionality was easy (never had an issue), but perhaps best of all? When I had an urgent question or a time-sensitive concern, I could get a friendly, knowledgeable person on the phone quickly with no phone trees or hassle at all. Excellent all around!

  I can't overstate how helpful Poppins was in managing pay for an in-home nanny. In researching ourselves how to manage things like payroll tax withholding, we quickly became overwhelmed at the complexity. Poppins removed all of that, and made regular weekly payments easy and painless, as well as the production of all tax documents. The interface was easy to manage, especially when accounting for things like overtime hours. I would happily recommend Poppins to anyone looking to pay a provider directly for childcare.

  Last year I had to hire a caregiver for my mother, and using Poppins simplified the whole process of having a household employee. Poppins took care of filing the right forms at both the federal and state level so that I had to do only a minimal amount of paperwork myself. I'm no longer employing anyone but I would be happy to use Poppins again in the future.

  I used Poppins Payroll for my full-time nanny and I only have great things to say about the service. Hiring a nanny was stressful enough; being able to outsource the payroll logistics was a huge relief. Setup was quick, the portal is incredibly easy to use, and it made filing employer taxes a breeze. I even forwarded some government documents concerning my nanny that I couldn't make sense of and they took care of it right away. I have and will continue to recommend to friends in need of payroll services. Best money spent.

  Over the past two years, I have been so impressed with Poppins Payroll. They have saved me hundreds of hours and headaches by setting up direct deposit, quarterly withholding, and taking care of all of my end of year tax forms for my household employee. What I have loved most of all is that personalized help is always just a phone call away! I highly recommend Poppins Payroll!
