    SCAM!!!! Order placed September 5. Received email confirming shipment on September 9. Tracking number leads to link stating "Information Received - waiting for carrier to pick up." Emailed Kendally on 09/21/2023 for status update and received an email back the same day stating that the package was actually in transit (tracking system not updated). Now, 6 weeks later, after multiple emails and attempted phone calls (the ******** phone number listed does not work), nothing has changed other than Kendally's system stating that my order has been completed. Still no product, and after the very first immediate reply, no further email responses to my inquiries. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY unless you have money to give away.

    I received the bra and let me tell you it was a joke. I don't know what I would call what I received but a bra is not it. The item had no support cheaply made material. I should have known better to order straight from the company. I had to give chose a star even though I did not want to they do not even deserve 1 star.

    DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!Placed my order at the beginning of August 2023.Have not received my order yet and its mid October 2023! UNEXCEPTABLE!!!! I did receive one email from this company saying my order was being processed. I've sent a few emails requesting an order update. Their response was "thank you for your order!" They did say they were making a ticket?!?!?I had assumed they were going to fix this problem! Ha not so lucky!I reached out again! Explained my card has been charged...I know longer want the product and I want my money replaced!11/11/2023 Yesterday, I got an email from them...with the heading ticket resolved!!!! Enclosed was a survey...no money, no product...but a survey!Terrible company! Terrible customer service!DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

    I ordered 2 bras almost a month ago given reasons why they were late now saying delivered and Im 75 been sick home almost always never received a thing. They are awful *****

    I ordered from them and it's been 6 weeks. I emailed numerous times with no response. I want a refund. This place is a scam and they should be prosecuted. Don't ever purchase from them. They will steal your money

    I ordered from this company on August 27th, 2023 and it is still processing over 5 wks later, they will not answer my emails, and will not refund my money. They had told me that they were shipped and they have not. At this point, I just want my money refunded. I'm retired with limited income, I can't afford to be ripped off by scammers, none of should be ripped off. Please someone get these scammers. They only get 1 star because I can't give them 0 stars!

    Never received my order. I tried to make a change and got an email stayed someone would contact me which never happened. The next email I got was that it had shipped but never arrived. I have treid several times to contact with no luck.
