    Wow! Jot coffee is the best coffee I've ever had! It's so easy to make. I don't have to brew anything. I just pour it straight from the bottle into a glass, add a little REMOVEDdone! I can enjoy right away! It's always so delicious! I love it!!!

    Their customer service is responsive and helpful. Last Christmas I had issues with delays on 2 of my orders, and the customer service responded to each one and was helpful in determining when I might expect those orders to ship. I have had no major issues or complaints about this company or the service I received since I joined their subscription service over a year ago.

    Their various coffee concentrates are flavorful and bold! I especially like the caramel and cinnamon flavors.The customer service is about the best I have ever experienced in personal and mail-order businesses.I had a problem with making one order and they responded to my email almost immediately, fixing the problem at the same time. I expect to be a life-time customer.

    I've been a customer of Jot for two years now and have had a stellar experience with both their product and their customer service. Every staff member I've communicated with has been warm, responsive, and helpful. And obviously the product is good because I'm two year in and plan to continue enjoying their coffee concentrate. I've been 100% happy with them and highly recommend them.
