    I wanted to cancel a package that hasnt been shipped out and they refused to offer me a refund. They dont answer their phone. I have left them an email wanted to cancel the shipment but they didnt reply back to me in a couple days, so I had to send another email. They finally responded back to me saying that they dont accept returns after the order has been processed even though it doesnt state that anywhere on their websites return policy. They also stated that they have sent me an email reminder on September 25, 2024 before my next order will be processed and shipped. Keep in mind I wasnt made aware that another package will be shipped out until I received the email about it on my spam folder that was sent out 3 days prior. Either way, that still doesnt give me enough time to modify or cancel the order. I will never order anything from this company again.

    I have repeatedly send communications to their customer support to cancel my subscription. I have email chains and screenshots, all of which have been repeatedly communicated in replies. Repeatedly I have emails confirming my cancellation, but I was charged repeatedly anyway. TOTALLY USELESS web page. The cheaper you web page, the more you hate customers.

After investigating your name in our system, I can see that our support team has confirmed multiple order cancellations for you, but have not confirmed cancellation of your subscription. That said, I'd be happy to help you get it cancelled. Unfortunately, it looks like when you first checked out with us you accidentally put gmai.com instead of gmail.com as your email domain - that's most likely why you haven't been able to login and cancel. Our support team will reach out to you shortly and get that fixed.
