    Great customer service! Great product! Especially the caramel! Add a bit of cream and a drizzle of more caramel syrup and its a bougie drink from the best barista!

    From my experience so far, their customer service is excellent. The coffee concentrate that I tried (caramel) is really surprisingly good! I was impressed! The package I ordered came with a free mug and a set of metal straws, in addition to the 2 bottles of flavored coffee concentrate that I selected. It was well-packaged and arrived quickly.

    I have been drinking coffee since the 4th grade. And I am almost 70 years old now. I had heard about Jot online, and thought I would try it out. Recently, I have been using a no-sugar Italian Cream sweetener with my coffee. Grown accustomed to it. But when my Jot order arrived, I was out of sweetener. Hadn't drunk straight coffee in a long time. But that first cup - without enhancement - was smoooooth. Non-bitter. Pleasant tastes hit my tongue. Then when I tasted after getting more sweetener, I realized it takes a lot LESS sweetener to make me happy: I am enjoying more of the coffee taste than I have in a very long time.

    Fantastic coffee and even better customer service. I have subscribed for a couple of years now and have loved it. The one time I didnt care for a flavor I received, they reached out and sent me a different flavor. I cant say enough about how much I love this company!

    Fantastic company, products, and customer service. I've been a loyal customer for years and even when I take breaks from their products, I always come back. I've never had any issues and every time I've reached out with a question (regardless of how small or inconsequential) they always respond back with a personalized and thoughtful email. I never feel like 'just a number' to them. Jot is one of the last few honest companies.

    I love this coffee and company. I have become spoiled in how I make my iced coffees with their concentrate, and the concentrate works for hot coffee too. They respond immediately if you have a question or issue, and they are always giving me free gifts to keep me current in my subscription. I like both the plain coffees (no sugar added) and the flavored ones which do not use animal-derived flavorings, thank God.
