    Fantastic company, products, and customer service. I've been a loyal customer for years and even when I take breaks from their products, I always come back. I've never had any issues and every time I've reached out with a question (regardless of how small or inconsequential) they always respond back with a personalized and thoughtful email. I never feel like 'just a number' to them. Jot is one of the last few honest companies.

    I love this coffee and company. I have become spoiled in how I make my iced coffees with their concentrate, and the concentrate works for hot coffee too. They respond immediately if you have a question or issue, and they are always giving me free gifts to keep me current in my subscription. I like both the plain coffees (no sugar added) and the flavored ones which do not use animal-derived flavorings, thank God.

    Jot not only has the best coffee, they also have great customer service!! I have been a monthly subscriber for years, and my morning isnt complete without this coffee! My stomach is sensitive to coffee, and this is the only coffee I drink, hot or iced!

    Excellent customer service for excellent coffee concentrate! When there was a small hiccup with my order, I received fast, personal communication- I wasnt chatting with a robot. The quality of the product has been outstanding- Ive tried six different flavors of coffee concentrate (and counting!) and have truly liked them all! No need for REMOVEDor Dunkin- I can save time (and money) and make my drinks at home.

    I am happy with my JOTsubscription! Great coffee concentrate, awsome perks and rewards and I can easily manage my subscription if I need to skip or add to my order( even cancel if needed) it is great to be able to enjoy a wonderful iced or cold latte at home without a huge coffee shop price!!
