    I have dealt with this company for three years on a very consistent basis, including a monthly subscription. Their coffee is top quality as is their communication. Even their packaging and ship times are great.

    REMOVEDhas an excellent product! Who thought coffee could be easier, well these folks did it! The coffee is concentrated, so if you want a strong cup you can add more than the Tbsp, less if you want less. Great hot or cold. Great as a drizzle over desserts. Easy ordering, on time deliveries, and no hard sell or forced subscription. It is a little cheaper if you do a monthly, but not locked in and can adjust delivery if needed. They do a great job with their seasonal flavors, always interesting and tasty. Oh, did I say it's smooth, tastes great, rich and full, not acidic. I keep coming back!

    Jot coffee has always been a favorite of mine. I used to brew my own coffee then found Jot. It is awesome that I can have a cup of iced coffee or heat water and have hot coffee in just a matter of minutes. The coffee is always tasteful and does not change from bottle to bottle. I will continue to have monthly Jot sent to me.

    I drink a cup of JOT coffee every morning and couldn't be happier with it. After years and years of lots of different kinds of coffee and coffee makers, I'm thrilled to be adding a tablespoon of JOT (Just One Tablespoon) to a cup of hot or cold water and ending up with such a delicious drink. Easy, quick and very tasty!

    So I decided to give Jot a try and glad I did. I actually got it for the fellow mug as Im a fan of fellow products. So far Ive only tried one flavor but was very surprised how good it is. And did I mention easy. For those mornings when you just dont have the time its perfect. Ive tried it hot, iced and an iced latte. All very good. Ive cut back on coffee but having a hard time not going for that 3rd cup of coffee. Excited to try the different flavors.

    I have been using REMOVEDconcentrate for over two years! Its easy, tastes great, and delivery is always on time. Delivery is easy to postpone if need be:) Winter of 2024, we had a problem2 out of 5 bottles had popped their caps because of the very cold temperatures.I contacted customer service and they promptly refunded the entire order! Last order I tried REMOVEDfor the 1st time. I was sure it would have a protein taste and be lumpy. IT WAS NOT! It dissolved easily and tasted delicious. Jot has been a great discovery for me, the coffee AND the customer service. REMOVEDto Jot!

    I have been very pleased with this company. The product is high quality, order fulfillment is timely, and I have had good experiences with their customer service. The website is a little difficult to navigate, and the subscription model takes some getting used to. But overall I think Jot is an excellent company.

    Very tasty coffee concentrate from a kind and considerate company. i am very satisfied with their product and their packaging is top notch! i like the taste of this for my cup of hot coffee in the morning. it tastes like real coffee, not bitter or too strong, with the perfect hint of flavor.
