BBB's investigation found that Jesuspirit operates through the website https://jesuspirit.com/. A domain registration search showed the website was created on July 27, 2021, through Namecheap, with the registrant's identity hidden through a privacy protection service. BBB also determined that the business address listed on the website, 1942 Broadway #314C, Boulder, CO 80302, does not appear to be a valid business location. The address corresponds to a public sidewalk area when viewed through online mapping services. Consumers report ordering religious-themed home decor and related products through https://jesuspirit.com/ and paying for their purchases but never receiving the items. According to complaints received by BBB, communication from Jesuspirit ceased after payment was made, leaving consumers unable to obtain updates, refunds, or the products they ordered. BBB has attempted to contact Jesuspirit regarding these complaints but has not received a response. Further investigation revealed that although Jesuspirit claims to be based in Boulder, Colorado, BBB was unable to locate a valid business registration for the company through the Colorado Secretary of State. BBB also found that the same address was previously associated with another business, Faith Corner, which was the subject of a prior BBB investigation involving similar consumer complaints and business practices. Based on the volume and nature of complaints, the lack of response from Jesuspirit, concerns regarding the listed business address, and the absence of a verified business registration, BBB urges consumers to exercise extreme caution and avoid making purchases from Jesuspirit.
