      I joined a lifetime membership for $15 through launchpass for a discord group that the owner left, was talking crazy and banning people not even a month after I joined. Theres **** people now scammed from this person I tried to email launchpass support and was told I wasnt going to get a refund even though I paid through them for the group firstbasket gang and all email correspondence is coming from ** when the company is in *****************

      As mentioned in our support ticket with you, which has been included for both your convenience and as evidence, your issue lies with the "Firstbasket Gang" directly. 

      We simply are the automation service that handles the management of roles within their Discord server, as such we hold no money in our system and are unable to refund you, since we lack that access to the business owner's Stripe account; We've instructed you on how you can receive your refund by disputing the charge with your bank, as shown in the attached pdf file of our conversation, which also includes your actual request, which was the release of the owner's personal information, which for legal reasons we have already told you we were unwilling to do.

      Additionally, on your point of the support agent living in ****** while working for our company that is located in *****************, we have already informed you we are a remote-based company and we have agents all around the world.

      We have already reached out to TrustPilot who have removed your negative review due to it not being associated with our business and not reflective of our company whatsoever.

      We request that you stop your extremely aggressive, abusive, and xenophobic behavior and stop harassing our company and employees including up to booking a call with our CEO and cancelling at the last moment as well as collecting his personal information and phone number immediately, as we have begun to contact our legal council due to both your threats and ongoing liable.
